Risk Factors Of Cerebrovascular Diseases In Coal Worker's Pneumoconiosis Patients

Objective: To analy the risk factors of Cerebrovascular diseases in coal worker's pneumoconiosis Patients,and to investigate the relationship betweenand coal worker' s pneumoconiosis and Cerebrovascular diseases.Methods: we retrospectively collected one thousand and one hundred thirty coal workers .They were make up of three hundred and one coal worker's pneumoconiosis patients(CWP,group),and eight hundred and seventy-six coal workers they were not suffer from coal worker's pneumoconiosis(control group). All of them were observed the fasting blood glucose,blood lipid, hemog lobin; All of them were asked the history of smoking, the history of drinking and the history of suffering from hypertension, the history of suffering from stroke et al. The major out come of end-point was the cardiovascular events. Logistic regression analysis was used to estimate the related risk factors of the Cerebrovascular diseases in coal worker's pneumoconiosis patientsResults: 1) The rate of Cerebrovascular diseases in coal worker's pneumoconiosis was higher than control group, the Cerebrovascular diseases, correlated with compare group between groups respectively(p<0.05) .2 ) There are many risk facts in Cerebrovascular diseases,such as hypertension, smoking index,lung function, haemoglobin .Conclusion: Coal worker's pneumoconiosis may be one of the risk facts of Cerebrovascular diseases.
