A Clinical Study With Chinese Medicine Zi Shen Soup On The Treatment Of Deficiency Of Kindey

Objective:To explore the mechanism of Zi Shen Soup on PMS of asthenia Kidney deficiency type,and put forward a confirmative treatment method and reproductive hormone influence according to this study results.lt is for the purpose of seeking for a curative effect affirmative new treatment side medicine.Methods:60PMS patients were devided into the treatment group and the control group at random. The treatment group were mainly treated with ZiShen Soup, and the controls were treated with LiuWeiDiHuang Soup, systematic observation of its treatment of PMS and the serum hormone levels(E2,FSH,LH) effects and the scores of Chinese medince before and after the treatment.Results:The results showed that the scores of Chinese medince of both groups were lowered and the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was96.7%and83.3%respectively. The results of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). ZiShen soup can raise the content of serum E2, and that was better than the LiuWeiDiHuang Soup(P<0.05). Lowering the content of serum FSH,LH.Conclusions:ZiShen Soup treatment of Kidney deficiency type has obvious effect,it might be a good approach in treating PMS, and can improve the level of sex hormone,even may be superior to LiuWeiDiHuang Soup.
