Objective:To discuss the effect of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome andblood-stasis syndrome of Diabetes treated by Qi Shen Mai Huo soup based on thetheory of TCM compared with Proprietary Chinese medicine treatment group,study QiShen Mai Huo soup’s mechanism and preliminary study the prescription’s mechanism.Methods:Choose100patients with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome andblood-stasis syndrome of Diabetes lesions,and divided them into treatmentgroup(50cases)and control group (50cases) adopting experimental methods of random andcontrol.Under the basic treatment, the Treatment group oral TCM compound,while Controlgroup oral proprietary Chinese medicine.21days was a course of treatment.Before and aftertreatment we observed the changes of the symptoms,signs, Fructosamine, fasting bloodglucose,, fasting insulin,, malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD),calculation of insulin resistance index homa-ir, beta cell function index HOMA–β,antioxidant ratio AOR,.T-test and X2test were used in processing data,and monitored theliver and renal functions.Results:After a course of treatment, the treatment group efficiency reaches highly83.6%, and the effective rate was60.5%in the control group. After treatment, the FPGcompared with the two groups before treatment significantly reduced (P <0.01), so thetreatment group was superior to control group (P <0.05). Fructosamine the two groupsafter treatment compared with before treatment were significantly lower (P <0.01), thetreatment group is better than that of control group (P <0.05). HOMA insulin resistanceindex-the two groups after treatment the IR values were lower (P <0.01), the two groupsafter treatment compared with statistically significant difference (P <0.05). AOR oxidationratio in treatment group was better than control group, difference has statistical significance (P <0.01). The safety indexes before and after treatment have no obviouschange, and have good safety.Conclusion:Qi Shen Mai Huo soup is functional for the treatment of Qi and Yindeficiency syndrome and blood-stasis syndrome of Diabetes.,witch provides an effectiveand safe method to treat diabetes with fewer side effects.
