The Clinical Observation Of Zinichaifutiaojingkeli In The Treatment Of Liver Qi Stagnation Type Menstruation

Purpose:Through clinical observation oral administration of Zinichai futiaojingkeli the safety and effect of the treatment of liver qi stagnation type menstruation,and preliminary research,to provide a new way and idea to treat liver qi stagnation type menstruation by using of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Method:This topic observed a total of 72 patients.They all came from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital serviced by the department of gynaecology clinic and are patients of liver qi stagnation type menstruation.The 72 patients were divided into two groups.There are 36 cases in each group.But the cases fell off because of objective factors.The treatment group fell off 2 cases.There are 34 cases in the treatment group actually.The control group fell off 3 cases.There are 33 cases in the control group actually.The treatment group is Zinichaifutiaojingkeli group and the control group is Honghuaxiaoyaokeli group.Two groups of patients both taked medicine 20 days and drug withdrawal 10 days.Patients taked medicine by this way 3 months.Then observed the patient.The way of taking medicine was taking a pair of drug with warm boiled water 100 ml 2 times everyday.The patients should not take other drugs during the medication.According to the two groups before and after treatment in patients with primary and secondary symptoms score comparison by using SPSS 17.0,evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result:After three courses of treatment,the 34 cases in the treatment group(Zinichaifutiaojingkeli),15 cases were cured,accounting for 44.1%;11cases were markedly effective,accounting for 32.4%;7 cases were effective,accounting for 20.6%;1 case was ineffective,account-ing for 2.9%;the total efficiency was 97.1%.The 33 cases in the control group(Honghuaxiaoyaokeli),6 cases were cured,accounting for 18.2%;8 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 24.2%;14 cases were effective,accounting for 42.4%;5 cases were ineffective,accounting for 15.2%;the total efficiency was 84.8%.The drugsof the two groups were effective in treating liver qi stagnation type menstruation observably,but the treatment group is better than the control group.The two groups had significant difference and statistical significance.The result shows that Zinichaifutiaojingkeli is better than Honghuaxiaoyaokeli in treating liver qi stagnation type menstruation.Conclusion:By comparison,we could find Zinichaifutiaojingkeli were effective in treating liver qi stagnation type menstruation observably.There was no obvious side effects.The safety was good.It is worth in clinical practice.
