The Clinical Observation Of Xuanyu Tongjing Decoction In The Treatment Of Liver Qi Stagnation Type Menstruation

Purpose: Through the observation of Xuanyu Tongjing decoction treatment group andthe control group of jingqianshu granule in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type menstrualclinical curative effect30cases, Xuanyu Tongjing decoction treatment evaluation mechanismof stagnation of liver Qi type menstruation, provide the basis for its clinical application,popularization.Method:60case studies are required from2012December to2013August inChangchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital gynecological clinic, anddiagnosis of in patients with stagnation of liver Qi type menstruation.30patients each wererandomly assigned to treatment group and control group. The treatment group was givenXuanyu Tongjing decoction, the control group was given jingqianshu granule in the treatmentof. The two groups were on the net after started taking, and even served21days for a courseof treatment. Continuous medication after3period of treatment, according to the comparisonof primary and secondary symptoms score before and after treatment in two groups of patients,clinical evaluation.Result: After statistical analysis, the treatment group were no significant difference fromthe control group of two groups of patients with general information age, course of diseaseand symptoms, signs, comparable. After3courses of treatment, the treatment group takingXuanyu Tongjing decoction, the total clinical effective rate was93.3%. Taking the controlgroup before Shu particles, the total clinical effective rate was90%. After the analysis ofrelated statistical tests: the treatment group and the control group, the total efficiency ofcomparison between the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), the effect of thetreatment group is better than control group. The two groups before and after treatment groupof integral and between group symptoms was significantly different (P<0.05,*P<0.05), thetwo groups were treated or improve the patient’s symptoms, but the treatment group hasobvious advantages in the recovery of menstruation, breast abdomen pain relief. Conclusion: Xuanyu Tongjing Decoction with jingqianshu granule two drugs in thetreatment of liver qi stagnation type menstruation has better clinical efficacy, but XuanyuTongjing Decoction in restoring menstrual cycle menstrual quantity, improve the color quality,symptoms curative effect is better than the remission in patients with breast pain, abdominalpain, irritability of the efficacy of Yanshu particles the.
