Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Migraine Of Liver Yang With The Method Of Calming Liver And Suppressing Yang

Purpose: To observe the clinical curative effect of Pinggan Qianyang and oral conventional drug treatment of liver Yang on the disturbance type of migraine,compare the differences in efficacy of the two methods,confirmed the Pinggan Qianyang treatment of liver Yang on the disturbance type migraine has clinical curative effect and advantage of exact.Method: 72 patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Department of acupuncture and moxibustion acupuncture and encephalopathy treatment area of liver Yang on the disturbance type of migraine,were randomly into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.In a total of 8 patients due to different reasons from the treatment process,the final treatment group,the actual total 30 patients,34 patients in control group were given treatment group treatment;hyperactivity were treated daily for 1 times,each time for 30 minutes;The control group was treated with flunarizine(Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules,Janssen Pharmaceutical Ltd,Xi'an)to sleep every night of oral 5mg treatment for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment and 3 months after the follow-up score were used(refer to Zheng Xiaoying editor of "traditional Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principle")focuses on headache frequency,headache degree,headache duration,accompanying symptoms were observed;The visual analogue scale(VAS score)was used to treat the patients before treatment,1 weeks,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment;Give patients with transcranial Doppler(TCD),to observe and compare the change of cerebral blood flow before and after the treatment of intracranial.Objective to investigate the clinical effect of the method of calming the liver and suppressing yang and taking oral medicine for the treatment of migraine with hyperactive liver yang.The results of the two methods were compared,and the data obtained were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Result: By statistical software,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of age,sex and symptom distribution.According to the criteria of curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,the control rate was 70.0%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70.59%,and the control rate was about 41.18%.After statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The long-term effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Pinggan Qianyang treatment of liver Yang on the disturbance type migraine is a safe and effective method of treatment,the curative effect of oral medicine and Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules is relatively good,and significantly better than the control group in the long-term effect,has obvious advantages.The method of calming the liver and suppressing yang is a pure green therapy for the treatment of liver Yang disturbance type migraine.
