Objective:Severe preeclampsia is one of the main causes for the death of pregnant women, maternal and perinatal, and the etiology and pathogenesis is not very clear. This paperby the detection and analysis the levels of serum eNOS and NO in severepreeclampsia and normal pregnant women,to explore the role of eNOS in thepathogenesis of SPE provide consideration for the effective treatment of the disease.Materials and Methods:From2014February to2015January Jilin University Bethune second hospitalobstetric inpatient and outpatient examination of286cases of women.Among them,75cases of SPE, including39cases of early onset SPE and36cases of late onsetSPE as the research object.diagnostic criteria of severe preeclampsia with referenceto a unified teaching materials "obstetrics and Gynecology" Sixth Edition.Therandomly selected admission NP women of the80cases, matched the age andgestational age with SPE,And age matched healthy non-pregnant women in80cases.Respectively as control group of the healthy non-pregnant and normalpregnancy.Among them, in43cases of NP-1matched the age, gestational age withEOPSE, LOPSE were matched with the age and gestational age in NP-1of37casesas the control group. In addition to select51cases of NP-2(<20W)and the agemached with aforesaid NP-1women, and aforesaid of the80cases NP-1(≥20W),Common as normal pregnancy group detection object. This experiment selectedgroups of patients were excluded from the primary hypertension and othercardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney disease, diabetes, acute and chronicinfectious diseases and autoimmune diseases, multiple pregnancy were alsoexcluded.Test methods: enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. For the processing oftest data and analysis by using the SPSS21.0software.Results:1. The levels of serum eNOS in SPE was higher than NP-1(≥20W), thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05); The levels of serum eNOS wereslightly lower than HNP group, and there was no significant difference (P>0.05). 2.The levels of serum eNOS in EOSPE were significantly higher thanEOSPE-C and LOSPE (P<0.05;P=0.01);The levels of serum eNOS in LOSPE lowerthan HNP women (P<0.05);the levels of serum eNOS in EOSPE-C and LOSPE-Clower than HNP women (P<0.05).3.The levels of serum eNOS in SPE had significantly negative correlation withthe gestational age (r=-0.455, P <0.01).4.The levels of serum eNOS in NP-2showed significant negative correlationwith gestational age (r=-0.461, P <0.01).5.The significant positive correlation between serum eNOS levels and age inHNP women (r=0.288,P=0.01).6.The levels of serum eNOS in EOSPE and diastolic blood pressure werenegatively correlated (r=-0.326,P<0.05).7.The levels of serum NO in SPE were lower than NP-1and HNP, thedifference is significant (P <0.01, P <0.01); serum NO levels in NP-1below HNP,the difference is significant (P <0.01); the levels of serum NO in EOSPE wassignificantly lower than LOSPE (P <0.01).Conclusion1. The decrease of EOSPE serum NO level is not caused by eNOS synthesis, and may be related to the decrease of the eNOS in the synthesis of NO in endothelialcells and the decrease of the local eNOS in the blood vessels.2. There was a negative correlation between diastolic blood pressure and serumeNOS levels in patients with EOSPE, and no correlation with serum NO levels, suggesting that there are other pathways involved in the relaxation of eNOS.3. The levels of serum NO in patients with LOSPE were normal, while theserum levels of eNOS were decreased, suggesting that the lack of other methods forthe relaxation of blood vessels in eNOS.4. The age of pregnancy is the negative factor that affects the level of eNOS inserum of patients with SPE.. The blood dilution status may be one of the reasons forthe decrease of serum NO levels in normal pregnancy women.
