Objective: To investigate the Karamay community elderly health status,analysis of the main factors of health problems and the impact of the elderly in the com munity,put forward countermeasures to improve the health level of the elderly,pr ovide a basis for further improving the health of the elderly in Karamay city.Me thods: from January 2016 August in Karamay District of Karamay city-2016 yea rs in a community of 2214 elderly patients,based on epidemiological research me thods to investigate the health status of elderly people,the "national basic public health standard(2011 Edition)" individual based unified design of the information table,health examination table to investigate the elderly population,the survey inc ludes general physical examination,laboratory examination and life style of three i tems.Including general physical examination: height,weight,body temperature,pu lse rate,respiratory rate,blood pressure,body mass index;including laboratory ex amination: blood routine,blood lipid,fasting blood glucose,liver function,electroc ardiogram,abdominal ultrasound examination;including lifestyle: physical exercise,smoking,drinking and other community residents.All data were input by Epidata3.1 software and analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software package.The multivari ate analysis was performed by unconditional Logistic regression analysis.Results: a total of 2214 cases of the elderly were investigated,including 955 males and 43.13% females,accounting for 56.87% of the 1259 males.The elderly average hei ght and weight were significantly different in different age groups(P < 0.05);sys tolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in different age groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),manifested as increased with age;there w ere significant differences between different age groups of elderly female body for m(P < 0.05);the age of the elderly in the biochemical indicators have no signifi cant difference,the total number of elderly high blood lipids of 932 people,acco unting for 42.10% of the total number of males,high blood lipids the number ofpatients was 398,the total number of male 41.68%,female high blood lipids the number of patients was 534,the total the number of women aged 42.41%;the t otal number of diabetes was 325,accounting for 14.68%,of which the male popu lation is 151 people,the total number of 15.81% men and women aged 60 years or older diabetes prevalence was 174 The total number of women,13.82% elderly hypertension;the total number of 879 people,accounting for 39.70% of the total number of male hypertension,the number of patients was 318,30.30% of the to tal number of male and female patients with hypertension was 561,the total num ber of 44.56% women,high blood fat,diabetes prevalence seen in different age a statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),but the detection rate of hypertensio n in male and female were increased with the increase of age(P < 0.05),male 60 ~ 64 years old age hypertension had the lowest rate was 21.88%,80 and older hypertension had the highest detection rate was 41.30%;60 women.~ 64 years of age,the detection rate of hypertension was 27.51%,the lowest,75 to 79 years of age the detection rate of hypertension was 54.65%;the highest detection rate of hypertension and hyperlipidemia in smoking,drinking,physical exercise is Exer cise no difference(P > 0.05),diabetes is shown as the smoking population detecti on rate is higher than that of nonsmokers(P < 0.05);Logisitic results showed tha t the incidence of hypertension with age and BMI increased,and the risk of men than women,the incidence of diabetes increased with BMI increasing.Conclusio n: 1)a higher incidence of chronic diseases in elderly people in a community in Karamay,the incidence rate from high to low is high blood lipids,hypertension,diabetes);2 elderly people in a community in Karamay the detection rate of hype rtension increases with age increasing;3)Karamay community elderly hypertension and hyperlipidemia prevalence smoking,drinking and exercise no association,sm oking diabetes detection rate is higher than that of non-smokers;4)elderly people in Karamay City,a community hypertension incidence with age and BMI increas ed,and the risk of men than women,the incidence of diabetes increased with the increase of BMI.
