Research On The Satisfaction Of Residents Standardized

Objective: To summarize the policy points of private investment in medical institutions and the characteristics of investment and financing of non-public medical institutions in China.The situation analysis method(SWOT method)was used for systematic analysis.Methods: The literature review method was used to summarize the policy of private investment in medical institutions(national level and Xinjiang level)and characteristics of domestic non-public medical institutions.The stratified and random sampling method was used to investigate the status quo of non-public medical institutions in Xinjiang by the questionnaire survey.The investment willingness,investment status and financing path of investors in non-public medical institutions and the good suggestions and comments on the investment and financing put forward by industry management departments in Xinjiang were summarized.The SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the investment environment of non-public medical institutions in Xinjiang In-depth analysis.Results: From the policy analysis,the policy of private investment in medical institutions at the national level had changed from advocacy to practice,and the landing efficiency in different cities in Xinjiang was different,and the linkage of policy was not enough.From the characteristics of investment and financing,the non-public medical institutions in Xinjiang were mainly engaged in the financing of banks,and the financing path was single.From the analysis of the operation status,the non-public medical institutions in Xinjiang had the characteristics and the operation mechanism was flexible,but the operation flow was insufficient and the management mechanism was imperfect.The operation of supervision and support was not in place.Conclusion: It was suggested that the government should speed up the development of the policy of private investment in medical institutions,further clarify the lead departments,establish the implementation of supervision mechanisms,in particular,promote multi-point practice policy landing,expand investment and financing path,advocate the establishment of diversified investment model,actively promote equity financing,strengthen the supervision of the operation of non-public medical institutions,further regulate the use of private medical institutions and strengthen tax and health insurance policy support.
