Objective: through the form of self-made questionnaire,we know the status of breast health care knowledge and information in a college female college student in Jiangxi,analyze the related factors,and give a lecture,give out the Knowledge Manual of breast health care,and pay attention to the comprehensive intervention of WeChat public and WeChat,and evaluate the effect of intervention,so as to evaluate the effect of intervention.To improve the mastery rate of breast health care,knowledge,behavior and breast self-examination in Jiangxi female college students.Methods: 1.Using a unified self-made questionnaire(general situation questionnaire and breast health knowledge attitude and behavior questionnaire),250 cases of female college students from two universities in Jiujiang,Jiangxi were investigated by questionnaire,and 250 valid questionnaires were collected.2,usingEpidata software data input,SPSS20.0 software statistical analysis,the general data use basic statistical analysis and description;count data for rank sum test;data correlation(measurement data first two classification)with single factor regression analysis.3,analyze the current situation and influencing factors of breast health care of female college students in Jiangxi area,and understand the breast health needs,ways and concerns of female college students.4.According to the second stage of the statistical analysis,140 freshmen of the College of foreign languages were used as the experimental group,and 140 freshmen of the College of accounting were used as the control group.The questionnaires were issued in a unified way.After the investigation of the status of breast health knowledge,the two groups of subjects were used in breast health cognition and self-examination and breast attention.There was no significant difference in the degree of comparison(P>0.05).Then,the experimental group was carried out to carry out the intervention.200 female students in the foreign language college were carried out the breast Thematic Lecture,the breast health knowledge brochure was issued,and the breast specialist of the school hospital was consulted by WeChat,and the public number and other new media forms were concerned.After three months,the questionnaire was issued again,and the questionnaires were collected and the statistical scores were collected.After analysis,the effect of intervention was evaluated.Main research results:Women's breast health knowledge in Jiangxi is generally weak.Through analysis,whether medical class,grade,household registration,breast disease,family history of breast cancer,or not,are the factors that affect cognition.And 70% girls did not know the high incidence of breast cancer and symptoms,30% of the girls were not aware of the wear of the bra and the choice of underwear,60% female students from the countryside,and never received the education of physical knowledge.90% of the girls don't pay attention to the health of the breasts Female students with a low self-examination rate of 88% do not know themselves and how to perform breast self examination.Through the comprehensive intervention of new media form for female college students,the questionnaires were issued again after three months.The knowledge of breast related knowledge and self-examination and the degree of attention to the breast were higher than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.Breast health knowledge of female college students in Jiangxi is generally weak.2,through the comprehensive health education such as lectures,WeChat consultation and other new media,the cognition and self-test of breast health care of college girls has greatly improved.
