Objective: The study planed to know about female students' awareness rate of breast cancer, general survey of breast, and development status of breast selfinspection behavior, in the forms of survey and interview. The paper studied the difference between general granting of a manual about breast cancer and systematic healthy education of breast cancer on female students' awareness rate of breast cancer, prevention of breast cancer, and self-efficiency, evaluated the effect of implementing systematic healthy education of breast on female students, and provided a theoretical basis for female students to formulate a reasonable and effective intervention scheme for intervention scheme of healthy breast. Methods: The study has selected a total of 140 female students as research objects and adopted experimental principles of design to divide all research objects into the control group and experimental group randomly on average. The control group was only intervened by granting a manual about breast cancer, but the experimental group adopted a systematic educational mode of breast cancer designed by the study properly to intervene. The intervention period of two groups was three months. Every research object should accept testing before intervention, and testing contents included demographical data survey questionnaire, self-efficacy questionnaire, basic knowledge questionnaire of breast and questionnaire relating to breast cancer. Research objects conducted the second test after accepting intervention, and testing contents were consistent with the first testing contents. All survey results were typed into a computer and researchers constructed a database. Moreover, SPSS17.0 was applied to do statistical analysis of survey results, and analysis contents contained variance analysis, statistical description, pair T test, 2-independnet-sample T test, expansive inspection of x list data, and variance analysis of repeated measure.Result: 1.140 female students who major in non-medical specialty in five colleges of Zibo once accepted breast healthy knowledge education before healthy education was 12.9%. The approach to acquire breast knowledge information was the internet(39.16%), followed by newspapers and magazines(27.95%), medical staff(15.23%), brochure(8.80%) and health lectures(8.86%), respectively. The proportion of female students who accepted self-inspection of breast was 19.7%, respectively. The main purpose of breast self-inspection was to protect their health(72%). Before education, only 36.4% of college students knew about knowledge of breast cancer. The proportion of awareness rate of basic breast cancer, clinical manifestation, hazards, and awareness rate of prevention data was 45.71%,24.29%,31.43%,and 44.29%, respectively. 2. Members in the experimental group were greatly improved awareness rate of breast cancer, breast self-inspection rate, and accurate rate of breast self-inspection methods, respectively, and their proportion was increased to 70.71%,92.86% and 66.3%, correspondingly. 3. After intervention, self-efficiency scores of female students(P<0.05), general survey and breast self-inspection confidence were increased obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1. Female students who major in non-medical specialty in five colleges of Zibo were lack of understanding on breast cancer and only a few college students would participate in general survey of breast and self-inspection consciously. 2 Systematic healthy education of breast cancer greatly improved female students' awareness rate of breast cancer, self-efficiency, breast self-inspection and also further standardized breast self-inspection of college students.
