Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Knee Bone With Balance Needle And Warm Needle Arthritis Observation

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of two kinds of therapies combined with the combination of warm needles and warm needles on the treatment of osteoarthritis of the liver and kidney,and to evaluate the difference of the curative effect of the two therapies.Inflammation of the advantages;for the clinical use of acupuncture treatment of liver and kidney deficiency knee osteoarthritis to provide new ideas.Methods(Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangdong Province,China)Objective:To investigate the inclusion of patients in the acupuncture and moxibustion department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 patients with osteoarthritis of the liver and kidney were divided into three groups:30 patients in the treatment group(30 patients with balanced needle and warm needle group)and 30 cases in the control group(warm needle group)according to the ratio of 1:1.Two groups of patients were treated every other day,3 times for a course of treatment,continuous observation and treatment of 2 courses.VAS and WOMAC scale were used as the curative effect observation index,and before treatment,after the first treatment,after the end of treatment to assess;after the end of treatment to assess the total clinical efficacy.The data were analyzed by SPSS23.0.ResultsThe age,sex,course of disease,VAS and WOMAC score before treatment were statistically significant(P>0.05).Two groups of patients in the VAS after the first treatment and after the end of treatment score,after treatment WOMAC scale of the project score and total score compared with before treatment,were P<0.01,statistically significant.The scores of WOMAC scale and total score were better than those of the control group(P<0.01)after the first treatment of VAS and the end of the course of treatment.After the end of the treatment,the total effective rate was 100%and the total effective rate of the control group was 90%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01)ConclusionThe combination of the combination of the needle and the warm needle control group of two groups of treatment to improve liver and kidney deficiency knee osteoarthritis in patients with joint pain,joint stiffness and functional activities are effective,but the balance of needle and temperature treatment of liver and kidney Insufficient knee osteoarthritis patients than the effect of simple warm needle treatment is more significant;more particularly prominent balance of immediate effects;clinical treatment has a certain guiding significance.
