Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation With Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation Combined With Ozone Ablation And Acupuncture

Purpose: To evaluate the effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation on pain symptom and daily quality of life in patients with prolapse of lumbar disc,and to objective evaluate the combination of radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ozone ablation combined with acupuncture therapy,which is safe,efficient,easy to operate and can be popularized.Method: 80 patients with LDH were selected from October 2014 to October 2016 in the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Department in the hospital affiliated Changchun Chinese medicine University,which randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation,and the control group used radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation.The pain visual analogue scoring(VAS)and modified Macnab efficacy assessment criteria were observed as indicators to observe the pain score and curative effect of 24 hours,3 weeks and 3 months patients before and after treatment were observed and recorded,finally obtained the accurate clinical results.Result: In the actual test,77 cases were collected in line with the requirements of this topic(1 fall out and 1 ended the test in the treatment group,1 fall out in the control group).Pain improvement: According to the pain visual analogue scoring method(VAS),intra-group comparison:,there were statistically significant differences between the 24 hours,3 week and 3 months after treatment respectively in two groups(P<0.01)and the comparison between groups: the difference between the two groups in 3 weeks and 3 months was statistically significant(P<0.01),which means the improvement of pain level in treatment group was more obvious.Improvement of curative effect: according to improvement Macnab curative effect evaluation standard,the fine rate of 3 weeks after treatment was 60.53%,the fine rate of 3 months was 68.42% after treatment,and the good rate of 3 weeks after treatment was 35.90%,the good rate of 3 months was 41.02%,and the total fine ratio of the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The total effective rate of 3 weeks after treatment group was 84.21%,the total effective rate of treatment group was 89.47% in 3 months,the total effective rate of 3 weeks after treatment group was 64.1%,the total effective rate was 71.79% after treatment group,and the total effective rate was statistically significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group.No adverse reactions and complications were observed in the clinical treatment process.Conclusion: Radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation and acupuncture therapy can significantly reduce the patient's pain,the total efficiency and good rate is better than radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation therapy.Therefore,radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation and acupuncture therapy embodies the principle of "internal and external treatment",which is a safe,efficient,easy to operate,reasonable and practical value of therapeutic programs,and worthy of clinical promotion research.
