Lijin Therapy Treatments For Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Research

Purpose: This topic is from the angle of Chinese medicine to explain the treatment of bone disease.The experimental research method of this paper is to focus on osteoarthritis of the knee joint application of traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy,can achieve satisfactory clinical effect of treatment,and to explore the standard of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine program optimization,hope to ensure the efficacy and safety of the case to form the technical operation standard for application and popularization and application plan.Method: Select the conditions in the strict case,will meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine in 60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were observed,the selected patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group were treated with massage therapy in the treatment group and control group,the other is the use of traditional Chinese Medicine iontophoresis method.The treatment cycles were two weeks.After two weeks,the clinical symptoms,vital signs and related data were collected and recorded,and the data were analyzed by SPSS.Results: In the 30 cases in treatment group,6 patients were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,effective 9 cases,invalid 3 cases,calculated by the group in the total efficiency of 90%;the other group in the control group only 30 cases of 4 patients were cured,effective in patients in 11 cases,effective 10 cases,invalid 5 cases,the analysis found that the total effective rate was 83.3%.Two groups of curative effect in the treatment of this disease there is a statistically significant difference,although the two have good curative effect,but the treatment group is obviously a stroke above.Conclusion: Through the clinical study found that manipulation is no doubt the efficacy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and the treatment with western medicine does not have the advantages such as safety,low cost,strong operability,easy to carry out and other advantages,is worthy of clinical promotion.
