Different Methods Selected Point Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Diabetic Gastroparesis

Purpose: This study is based on choosing different acupuncture methods and the effectiveness of using single acupuncture points vs multi-acupuncture points as a treatment for diabetic gastroparesis in clinical observation.Methods: The diabetic gastroparesis patients(n = 72),using random indicator method divided into three groups,with 24 patients in each group.First group will receive the multi-point acupuncture treatment,the second group will receive the single-point acupuncture treatment,and the third group will receive an acupuncture treatment that is irrelevant to diabetic gastroparesis.By observing the 13 C testing,before and after the treatment,GCSI,stomach secrete hormone,to evaluate the effectives of the three different selected point methods from the three groups for treating diabetic gastroparesis;By observing the general physical examinations before and after the treatment,including,blood,urine,stool routine,liver function,renal function,fasting blood glucose,blood sugar(2 hours after meals),health survey profiles(SF-36)evaluation,glycosylated hemoglobin,electrocardiogram(ecg),etc.,also the record that are recorded immediately from adverse events that can be caused by acupuncture,to make further evaluations of the safety of acupuncture treatment in clinical application.Results: The 72 patients who met the criteria for the diabetic gastroparesis patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,a group that receives multi-point acupuncture treatment,a group that receives a random acupuncture point treatment,and group that receives single-point acupuncture treatment,through the gastric half emptying time,GAS and GCSI,before and after treatment,were all statistically analyzed.The analysis results are as follows: From the GAS,Gastrin-releasing value analysis,from the stomach gastric secrete element value comparison of three groups of after treatment(P < 0.05,there is statistical significance,suggesting that three groups after treatment of gastric secrete element values have significant difference;The comparison between two groups(P < 0.05,all have significant differences,indicates that raise with acupuncture point group at improve gastric secrete element value in patients with diabetic gastroparesis significantly superior to single cavity and without going through the acupuncture point group.From the analysis on gastric half emptying time,improve value comparison between the three groups(P < 0.05,the comparison between two groups(P < 0.05,all have significant differences,indicates that raise with acupuncture point group at improve gastric half emptying time in patients with diabetic gastroparesis significantly superior to the single cavity and without going through the acupuncture point group.From the analysis on GCSI,and raised with acupuncture point group total effective rate 78.26%,single cavity group total effective rate was 58.33%,without going through the acupuncture point group total effective rate was 12.5%,efficient comparison between the three groups(P < 0.05,the comparison between two groups(P < 0.05,which indicates that in the aspect of DGP symptoms improve or raise with acupuncture point group is superior to the single cavity and without going through the acupuncture point group.The whole process does not appear cases of adverse reactions.Conclusion: Multi-point acupuncture treatment and single-point acupuncture treatment for diabetic gastroparesis has obvious curative effect.However Multi-point acupuncture treatment is more effective compare to single-point acupuncture treatment.The treatment is also very safe.
