Clinical Study Of Collateral-activating And Turbidity-dispelling Therapy On The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effects of collateral-activating and turbidity-dispelling therapy on patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy,evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment,so as to explore the clinical significance.methodThe patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by SPSS 26.0.Based on the lifestyle intervention and hypoglycemic therapy,the control group was treated with mecobalamin Tablets,0.5 mg a time,3 times per day;the treatment group was took the Chinese herbal "Jian pi Tong luo tang".4 weeks as a course of treatment,and the test follow-up lasts 3 courses of treatment.The general information of the patient and the TCM syndrome scores,ABI,TBI,VPT,CPT,TCSS,Semmes-Weinstein monofilament examination and other indicators were recorded,and all the data were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 statistical software.result1.Overall efficacy evaluation: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.10%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(59.38%).The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of FPG,P2 h PG,and Hb A1c: The FPG,P2 h PG and Hb A1 c in the treatment group were improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05),while in the control group,there was no significant difference in FPG,P2 h PG and Hb A1c(P>0.05);after treatment,FPG in the treatment group was significantly improved than that in the control group(P<0.05),but P2 h PG and Hb A1 c had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of ABI and ABI: After treatment,the ABI and ABI were improved in both groups(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).4.Comparison of VPT: The VPT of the first toe and back of both feet in the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.01);the VPT of the back of both feet in the control group were improved(P<0.01),but the VPT in the first toe of the two feet had no significant difference(P>0.05).There was significant difference in VPT between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Comparison of CPT: The number of abnormal cases in the treatment group were obviously reduced after treatment(P<0.05);the cases in the control group had no significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).6.Comparison of TCSS and Semmes-Weinstein monofilament examination: The TCSS and Semmes-Weinstein monofilament examination of the two groups were significantly improved compared with the previous one(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).7.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: After treatment,the treatment group can significantly improve the patient's limb pain,limb numbness,paresthesia,abdominal distension and poor appetite,fatigue and lack of strength,stool discomfort,limb weight and skin itching(P<0.01);Limb pain,limb numbness,paresthesia and limb weight were improved in the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,limb pain,limb numbness,paresthesia,abdominal distension and poor appetite,fatigue and lack of strength,stool discomfort,limb weight and skin itching in the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.05).In the comparison of total scores,both treatment group and control group were significantly improved after drug intervention(P<0.01),and the curative effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.01).conclusionThe "Jian pi Tong luo tang" used for type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy based on the treatment of collateral-activating and turbidity-dispelling therapy,can improve the levels of VPT,CPT,ABI,TBI,TCSS and Semmes-Weinstein monofilament,and improving clinical symptoms.Meanwhile,this formula has no obvious adverse reaction and has certain clinical application value for DPN treatment.
