The Deciduous Caries Status And Impact Factors In 6-year-old Children In Anshan City

Deciduous caries is one of the three key prevention and cure diseases of the world health organization.This stage is closely related to the healthy development of children's oral cavity.If the factors related to the tooth decay of infant teeth can be found in this critical period and take a positive approach to the intervention of children,the effect of dental caries on children's oral health will be greatly reduced.Therefore,we should pay attention to the status quo of the baby teeth of a 6-year-old child,analyze its influencing factors,and hope to achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment of children's tooth decay.This survey explores the family basic factors of 6-year-old children,daily diet,oral hygiene,oral health knowledge of children's parents,and single factor in oral health care and behavior,and the relationship between the daughter and the tooth decay rate.Through regression analysis,find out the influence factor.Combined with the interview,we fully understand the causes of dental caries in children of 6 years old.At last,the proposed proposal is given.The results show that 6 year old children caries rate is 60% in Anshan City.Among them,the caries prevalence rate of deciduous teeth was 48.5% in the urban district,the caries prevalence rate of deciduous teeth was 72.3% in the suburbs.Through the multi factor Logistic analysis,the main residence,take care of the child's parents,parents perception of fluoride toothpaste,consumption frequency of infant carbonated drinks and cake / bread and other desserts,the age of children's teeth brushing,children come to the tooth doctor in 1 years because of the tooth are the risk factors of 6 year old children'deciduous caries.According to the research results,the author puts forward the following suggestions.Parents should carry out scientific management of sugary foods and education for young children to maintain oral hygiene and scientific tooth brushing in the suitable age,kindergarten oral health intervention,develop regular awareness of taking child to a professional dentist,strengthen the study of oral health knowledge and turn knowledge into action,strengthen the oral health education of children with different caregiver;Kindergarten oral health intervention;as well as multi sectoral cooperation to strengthen children's oral health services and management together.
