Purpose:l.On patients with chronic colitis line of acupoint massage of modern nursing,the impact on the quality of life.2.To investigate the effect of acupoint massage in patients with chronic colitis on the state of anxiety3.To explore the safe and effective nursing intervention measures for patients with chronic colitis.Method:1.In this study,60 patients who were hospitalized in the spleen and stomach area of a tertiary grade a hospital in jilin province from December 2015 to December 2016 were included in the 60 patients who were included in the observation group and the control group.2.Intervention methods:the control group was given regular care.On the basis of routine nursing,the observation group gave acupoint massage to cooperate with the erotic care,and the intervention time was 1 month.In intervention before and after the intervention,respectively on two groups of patients in inflammatory bowel disease quality of life questionnaire(IBDQ)and the Hamilton anxiety scale evaluation,comparison and analysis on the basic data of two groups of patients,the quality of life,and anxiety state changes.3.Statistical methods:SPSS21.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result:1.The observation group and control group in patients with general data is no statistical difference(P>0.05).2.Comparison of quality of life:before intervention,there were four dimensions of life quality questionnaire(intestinal symptoms,systemic symptoms,emotional symptoms,social symptoms,etc.)of the two groups of patients,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the four dimensions of the quality of life of the two groups were compared,and the observation group was larger than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the intervention was effective.3.The Hamilton anxiety scale comparison:the independent sample t-test to observation group and control group patients with Hamilton anxiety scale scores are compared,the results showed that Hamilton anxiety scale scores before intervention control group and observation group has no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),Hamilton anxiety rating scale is less than the control group after the intervention group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Paired sample t test of two groups of patients before and after the intervention Hamilton anxiety rating scale,the control group and observation group were found after the intervention,Hamilton anxiety scale scores less than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting intervention is effective.4.Comparison of anxiety state:before intervention,the anxiety state of the two groups of patients was compared,and the non-parametric mann-whitneyu test,P>0.05,showed no statistical significance in the anxiety state of the two groups before intervention.After the intervention,the anxiety state of the two groups was compared.After non-parametric mann-whitneyu test,the difference was statistically significant,and P<0.05,indicating that the anxiety state of the observed group was better after the intervention and the intervention was effective.Conclusion:1.It can obviously improve the quality of life and daily life ability of patients with chronic colitis,which can obviously promote the physical and mental health of patients.2.It can alleviate the negative psychological state of patients with chronic colitis,and effectively alleviate the negative psychology of patients and improve the patient's compliance with the disease...
