Objective: This study observed improvement effects of point message on blood pressure, heart rate and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) symptoms of community mild- to- moderate hypertension. The article debated the clinical application value of point message, which was expected to enhance the ability of TCM in the prevention and treatment of hypertension in social services.Methods:A randomized open,divided into treatment and control groups.30 cases in each group.Control group:oral rather too high( nifedipine) 20 mg,once daily.Treatment groups: In addition to the control group on the basis of the same medicine point massage therapy intervention, morning and evening, were treated for four weeks, to observe the treatment efficacy.Results: Theexperimental observation,four weeks after treatment,the antihypertensive efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group(P <0.05),and can better improve the symptoms of patients with hypertension,and there is no abnormal changes after the treatment on three conventional liver function { alanine aminotransferase(ALT)},{ kidney function,blood urea nitrogen(BUN), creatinine(Cr)}, ECG.Conclusion: The combined treatment was better than the control group(P<0.05), and could improve the symptoms of TCM, and the three big conventions, liver function, renal function, usea nitrogen, serum creatinine, electrocardiogram had no changes.
