Clinical Study Of Huashi Zhixie Granule In The Treatment Of Chronic Colitis(Cold Type Diarrhea)

Researchpurpose:With the rapid development of society,life rhythm speeding up,people under pressure is more and more big,the incidence of chronic colitis is also gradually increased,it has become a common disease,frequently-occurring disease.At the same time its chronic colitis has its self-limiting,often acid-base metabolism disorders and complications such as increased body temperature,it has great harmfulness,and to nip in the bud.This topic through randomized controlled clinical observation,through the scientific and objective evaluation to observe the wet anti-diarrhea granule efficacy and safety of the treatment of chronic colitis,at the same time to explore the theory basis of the wet particles of diarrhoea,through clinical observation of wet anti-diarrhea granule for the treatment of chronic colitis clinical efficacy and safety studies,to further explore the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation,in order to find more safe and reliable curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations,determine its standardization technical standards,and popularization and application.The research methods:Select 72 patients,were selected from January2016 to December 2016,changchun university of Chinese medicine geriatrics affiliated hospital outpatient clinic and healing area and meet eligibility criteria.Two groups were divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 36 people.Treatment group of women with17 cases,male with 19 cases,the treatment group used oral wet granule treatment of diarrhoea.Women with the control group 16 cases,male with20 cases,control group oral ageratum vital qi therapy treatment.Of the two groups after treatment the symptoms,signs,security and comprehensive efficacy of situation analysis,and statistical comparison of its results.The results of the study:Wet anti-diarrhea granule for the treatment of chronic colitis,and achieved good clinical effect,total effective rate was 94.4%,and the control group total effective rate was 86.1%,with significant difference(p < 0.05),suggesting that the curative effect of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group.Treatment group at the same time various clinical master card and card of and also have different degrees of improvement,comparison between groups,group with significant difference(p < 0.05).Conclusion:The application of wet anti-diarrhea granule for the treatment of chronic colitis,can obtain good clinical efficacy,efficacy,and without any side effects.
