[Objective]:To observe and explore clinical effects of point massage combined with acupoint application to patients with COPD due to phlegm-heat obstructing lung, in order to provide the basis for selecting reasonable effective clinical nursing measures to improve health and quality of life of patients.[Methods]:Select 128 cases of type phlegm-heat obstructing lung COPD patients, They Were randomly divided into four groups:control group, acupuncture group, the acupuncture point massage stick apply, joint group (acupuncture point massage combined with acupoint application group). Control group acceptedwestern medicine, including antibacterial drugs, reasonable oxygen therapy, atomization inhalation routine treatment and health education guidance, the other three groups received western medicine, including antibacterial drugs, reasonable oxygen therapy, atomization inhalation routine treatment and health education guidance, ton the basis of drug treatment. They were given acupuncture point massage, acupoint application and combined treatment (acupuncture point massage and acupoint application). Point massage, once every 2 days,5 times for a course of; Joint group massage each point once a day,10 days for a course of treatment, after each point massage to attach, attach a after the 5 times for one course of treatment. Each group of intervention 1 course of treatment. The clinical symptoms, mMRC score, blood oxygen saturation, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, serum adiponectin, TNF-a, total hospitalization cost and average length of stay were observed before and after the intervention.[Results]:(1)There were no significant differences in age, gender, duration of disease, blood pressure, pulmonary function grade, clinical syndromes score, mMRC score, oxygen saturation, FEV1, FEV1/FVC and adiponectin, TNF-a(P> 0.05). (2) The clinical syndromes improved, mMRC score, oxygen saturation increased, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were better than those in the same group before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). On the basis of the two-comparison q test (Newman-Keuls method), the difference between the four groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); OnewayANOVA analysis of variance showed that the four groups of indicators after treatment differences were statistically significant. The scores of mMRC, oxygen saturation, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The treatment of acupoint massage, acupoint application and combination therapy can improve the clinical syndromes. The clinical symptoms, mMRC score, oxygen saturation, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were significantly improved in the combined treatment group compared with the acupoint massage group (P<0.05), the two groups were compared by q test (Newman-Keuls method) (P<0.05); (3) The levels of serum adiponectin were significantly increased in the four groups after treatment, and the serum TNF-a level was significantly decreased (P<0.05).Compared with the acupoint massage group, the serum levels of adiponectin were significantly increased in the three groups (P<0.05), and the levels of serum TNF-awere significantly decreased after acupoint massage, acupoint application and combination therapy (P <0.05). By the method of oneway ANOVA analysis of variance (ANOVA), the serum levels of adiponectin were significantly higher in the combined treatment group than those in the control group.(4)By the method of oneway ANOVA analysis of variance (ANOVA),The total cost of hospitalization and average hospital stay were significantly different between the four groups (P<0.05). By comparing q test (Newman-Keuls method), combined treatment group after treatment in the hospital total cost and average hospitalization day significantly lower than that of point massage and acupoint sticking in the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).[Conclusion]:1 point massage and acupoint sticking can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of dyspnea, fatigue and other symptoms of COPD patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung and have certain rehabilitation effect on patients with COPD.2 point massage and acupoint sticking can effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as dyspnea and fatigue of COPD patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung. The clinical effect is superior to acupoint massage or acupoint application, and can reduce the burden of medical expenses.
