Nursing Effect Of Auricular Point Pressing Soybean Combined With Acupoint Massage On Elderly Patients With Hypertension And Insomnia

ObjectiveTo explore the nursing effect of auricular acupoint pressure-bean combined with acupoint massage for elderly patients with hypertension and insomnia.MethodsThis experiment is a kind of experimental study,using convenient sampling method.A total of ninety-nine elderly patients with essential hypertension associated with insomnia were selected from Department of Cardiovascular Disease Department of Cardiovascular Disease in a Sanjia Hospital of Harbin City.The patients were divided into three groups by random number table.The test group was divided into three groups:the test group 1(auricular acupoint pressure group),the test group 2(acupoint massage group),the test group 3(auricular acupoint pressure group combined with acupoint massage group,thirty-three persons in each group).The treatment of the three groups was consistent with that of basic nursing,and the intervention lasted two weeks.The changes of blood pressure,PSQI,TCM syndromes scoreand du's hypertension quality of life scaleand were evaluated within twenty-four hours and fourteen days.Results1 There was no significant difference in general data of patients before intervention(P>0.05).2 There were no significant differences in blood pressure,total score of Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index scale,total score of du's Hypertension quality of Life scale and integral score of TCM syndromes between the three groups before intervention(P>0.05).3 Comparison of evaluation indexes after intervention3.1 The blood pressure(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse pressure.Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index scale total score and every dimension score,TCM syndromes integral total score)were all decreased after the trial.There was no significant difference before and after the intervention of hostile dimension(P>0.05),but the total score and other dimension scores were higher than those before the experiment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.2 Comparison of evaluation index groups after intervention(1)Comparison of blood pressure:systolic blood pressure in the three groups showed significant difference(P<0.05),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and pulse pressure(P>0.05).There was significant difference in systolic blood pressure between test group 2 and test group 3(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure between group 1 and group 2(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index(PSQI):except the dimension of sleep disorder,there were significant differences in other aspects(P<0.05).There were significant differences in sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime dysfunction and total score between group 2 and group 3(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the above dimensions between group 1 and group 2(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of the total score of TCM syndromes:there was a significant difference between test group 1 and test group 2 and test group 3(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group 1 and group 2.(4)Comparison of total score and dimension score of du's Hypertension quality of Life scale:there were significant differences in physiological condition,somatic condition,sleep condition,anger and vitality,interpersonal sensitivity and total score among the three groups(P<0.05).In group 1,there was a significant difference between group 2 and group 3 in the above aspects(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group 1 and group 2.4 The effective rate of TCM syndromes integral in the three groups was 87.09%,81.25%and 93.55%respectively.The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1 The effect of auricular point pressing,acupoint massage,auricular point pressing and acupoint massage on improving insomnia of senile essential hypertension patients with phlegm and blood stasis was remarkable,among which the effect of auricular point pressing with acupoint massage was better.2 The effect of acupoint massage was more significant than that of single auricular acupoint massage in improving blood pressure and TCM syndromes.3 The effect of acupoint massage was more significant than that of single auricular point pressing with acupoint massage in improving the quality of life of the patients.
