Purpose:1.To understand the level of perceived control in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.2.Analysis of related factors in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.3.To explore the influence of individualized humanistic nursing care on elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Method:Hospitalized patients in Jilin province were selected for a three level of first-class hospital cadres ward,meet diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease and 100 patients were included in the standard,were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).People who were admitted to hospital first days,discharged the same day and 3 months after discharge need to fill in Control Attitudes Scale.Revised(CAS-R).After admission,the control group was given routine nursing,such as admission guidance,diet guidance,medication guidance,activity guidance,sleep guidance,discharge guidance and so on.The observation group was given routine nursing care and individualized nursing care.Three months after discharge,the observation group was followed up at least once a month for at least 1 times.To observe the effect of individualized humanistic nursing care on elderly patients with coronary heart disease.SPSS 21 was used for chi square test,t test,one-way ANOVA,nonparametric Kruskall-Wallis H test and repeated measures anova.Result:1.Elderly patients with coronary heart disease CAS-R score of 27.28 + 2.73 points.2.In elderly patients with coronary heart disease,CAS-R scores were significantly different in terms of cardiac function,NYHA classification and gender(P<0.05).3.Perceived control was worse in self-efficacy(CAS-R score was 3.42 + 1.06 points),and locus of control was better(CAS-R score was 3.74 + 1 points).4.Effects of intervention on CAS-R scores:CAS-R scores of intervention effect,time effect and the interactions were statistically significant(P<0.05);the control group found no statistically significant differences in the scores of CAS-R in different stages of intervention(P>0.05);the observation group in different intervention stage CAS-R score is not the same,and the score for 3 months prognosis than intervention before and after the intervention(P<0.05),3 months after the intervention than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Elderly patients with coronary heart disease have lower level of perception control,2.Heart function,NYHA classification and gender are the influencing factors of perceived control in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.3.Elderly patients with coronary heart disease perceived control,self-efficacy is poor,psychological control is better.4.Personalized humanistic care can effectively improve the perceived control level of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and this effect still exists 3 months after the intervention.But this improvement will decline over time,and should continue to be strengthened.Therefore,the nursing staff should do well the propaganda of the patients'family members,and strengthen the social support of personalized care and humanistic care.
