Purpose:(1)To investigate the cognition of postpartum depression in the early,middle,late stage of pregnant women in a Grade III hospital in Shanghai;(2)To study the relationship between the social demographic characteristics,basic information and the cognition of postpartum depression of pregnant women in a Grade III hospital in Shanghai;(3)To study the influence factors of the cognition of postpartum depression in pregnant women by multiple regression analysis;(4)To investigate the demand of postpartum depression health education of pregnant women in a Grade III hospital in Shanghai.Method: This was a non-experimental research by using random sample method.First,the pre-investigation was done during small sample recovery,and then the statistical analysis was done for the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Last,the questionnaire was revised and perfected for large sample investigation.800 pregnant women who were in the obstetrics and gynecology department of a Grade III hospital in Shanghai from January2016 to August 2016 were selected as research object and finished the questionnaire survey which included the social demographic characteristics,maternal information,cognition of postpartum depression and the demand of postpartum depression health education.The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software,and SAS 9.4 statistical software was used to analyze the results.Result:(1)In this study,840 questionnaires were distributed and 800 questionnaires were collected.The effective questionnaire was 95.24%.(2)The cognitive scores of postpartum depression in the first stage,the middle stage and the last stage were(27.42 ±3.60),(29.36 ± 2.41)and(31.53 ± 4.37),respectively.The pregnant women in last stage have the deepest knowledge of postpartum depression.(3)Pregnant women with postpartum depression cognition factors include age,number of pregnancy,pregnancy degree,residence,marital status factors of the first marriage,remarriage,occupation factors in medical workers,self-employed,unemployed and other work,educational level,economic income,living in the two people world and the elderly living,the mode of production,pregnancy complications,pregnancy knowledge learning.The influence of age,pregnancy degree,education level,economic income,mode of production and complications of pregnancy make the pregnantwomen have high awareness of postpartum depression.In addition,medical workers,the marital status of the first marriage and remarriage,living in the two people world and the elderly living with other pregnant women compared with higher cognitive degree of postpartum depression.The influence of the number of pregnancies,the place of residence and the knowledge of pregnant and lying in learning make the pregnant women's cognition of postpartum depression low.In addition,occupational factors such as self-employed,unemployed,and other pregnant women had lower levels of postpartum depression.(4)73%of pregnant women in a Grade III hospital in Shanghai have health education needs,and it is the best way to organize health care personnel to organize video and audio data after the birth of pregnant women.Conclusion: In a Grade III hospital in Shanghai,the cognition of the postpartum depression of pregnant women was increased with the early stage,the middle stage and the late stage going.In total,the pregnant women in a Grade III hospital in Shanghai lack of the awareness of cognition of postpartum depression.For the pregnant women in a Grade III hospital in Shanghai,the health education of postpartum depression with scientific system was necessary and essential.
