ObjectivesTo analyze the results of postpartum depression screening in an area of Suzhou,and to the factors of postpartum depression,which provided the scientific basis for the screening of postpartum depression and the establishment of diagnostic criteria.Methods:In this study,we selected in January 2015-December 2016 in Suzhou City XX Hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology maternal production for the study,a total of436 cases.Exclusion criteria:prenatal patients with mental disorders;postpartum refusal to visit those who do not cooperate to answer any questions.There are serious physical illness and brain,heart,liver,kidney and other important organ disease,multiple pregnancy,postpartum abnormal delivery of the outcome,postpartum due to various reasons can not fill the questionnaire.The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS)was used to measure the self-rating scale.The score was less than 9,and the scores were less than 9,13 divided into postpartum depression,? 13 divided into postpartum depression.Investigators consist of community doctors and obstetrics and gynecology nurses.The main mode of investigation is mainly postpartum visit,mainly part of the cesarean section and postpartum due to treatment and other reasons not discharged from the obstetrics and gynecology nurses in the postpartum 7 days EPDS survey.All investigators have been specially trained and prepared a brochure on the questionnaire to ensure the quality of the survey.This part of the data are Epidata double entry,and using SPSS 13.0 for statistical analysis.The measurement data using the mean ± standard deviation of the form that the comparison between the two groups using the t test.(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results:(1)The proportion of the study sample was 436,the age was 28.50 ? 7.10,the proportion of primipara was 50.46%,the number of junior high school and below was 41.06%,no fixed work and unemployed persons accounted for more than half(57.34%),one or more(High blood pressure,high blood lipids,hyperglycemia,ECG abnormalities,suffering from infectious diseases)abnormalities accounted for 25%.The More than 40 years old without maternal.Age<20 age is the highest age for unemployed or no fixed work.The highest proportion of hypertensive patients(18.2%)in the 30-39 age group and the highest proportion of diabetes,hyperlipidemia and infectious diseases in the 40-49 age group(14.3%).(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The prevalence of hyperglycemia was significantly higher in the primipara group than in the maternal group(P<0.05)(2)Postpartum depression maternal accounted for 14%,postpartum depression accounted for 12%.The proportion of postpartum depression was the highest(14.3%)in the 20-29 age group,followed by the<20 age group.The highest proportion of postpartum depression was 30-39 years old,followed by 40-49 age.Pregnant women postpartum depression rate is greater than the maternal,and maternal postpartum depression rate slightly higher than the primipara.But the difference between the two was not statistically significant(P>0.05)(3)Compared with normal mothers,there were significant differences in education,employment,hypertension,hyperlipidemia and infectious diseases among the two groups(P<0.05).The number of people in the depression group was significantly lower than that in the normal group,the number of unemployed was significantly higher than that of the normal group,the number of patients without fixed work and fixed workers was small,and the number of patients with hypertension,hyperlipidemia and infectious diseases was significantly higher group.There was no significant difference between the two groups before the other basic information(age,frequency of delivery,hyperglycemia,ECG abnormalities)(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis of postpartum depression Logistic regression analysis showed that education,employment,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia,and infectious diseases were included in the regression equation,indicating that the higher the education status,the more stable the situation of postpartum depression,Blood glucose history,history of hyperlipidemia and risk factors for postpartum depression with infectious diseases.Conclusion:(1)pregnant/maternal have a higher number of previous history.(2)postpartum depression maternal accounted for 14%,postpartum depression accounted for 12%.(3)the higher the academic qualifications,the more stable the employment situation the possibility of postpartum depression is less,and by the high blood sugar history,high blood lipids history and suffering from infectious diseases forpostpartum depression r:isk factors.(4)The establishment of postpartum depression screening and diagnostic criteria are imminent...
