Objective:To investigate the clinical research and early observation of the effect of arthroscopy revision after anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction failure.Methods:Twenty-three cases of the Department of Sports Medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected. The ACL reconstruction from July 2013 to June 2018 was the first revision of the patients under laparoscopic failure. All patients underwent the same procedure.Postoperative patient follow-up was assessed using the front drawer test,Lysholm,IKDC,and Tegner score sheets.Investigate whether revision surgery is necessary after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction failure and the rate of return for surgical patients.Results:Twenty-three patients were followed up for 13 to 36(mean 20.3)months after revision.Drawer test before the last follow-up:preoperative(6.83 ± 0.58)mm,last follow-up(2.09 ± 0.31)mm,(t=34.63,P<0.001);Lysholm score: preoperative(46.43 ± 3.15),postoperative The last follow-up(84.30 ±2.05)points,(t=-48.34,P<0.001);IKDC preoperative:(45.65±2.59)points,postoperative follow-up(74.65±2.23)points,(t=-40.74,P< 0.001);Tegner score: preoperative:(2.00± 0.80)points,the last follow-up(6.13 ± 0.69)points,(t =-18.73,P < 0.001),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Renovation after ACL reconstruction is an effective treatment.
