Purpose: In order to develop the studies on the documents connected with the massage for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis systematicly , get all of the data related to the vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis by retrieving the Chinese knowledge resou rce pool (CNKI series). And sum them up , garther statistics, and take possession of comprehensive, systematic, scientific methods for the treatment of cervical spondylosis ,with a view to further promoting the research of massage for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis of standardization and exploiting the discipline advantage of Tuina of Chinese medicine better.Method:By retrieving the Chinese knowledge resou rce pool (CNKI series),get all of the data related to the vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis to probe into the mechanisms pathogenesis of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Comparing Chinese -Western pathogenesis and treatment methods, seek a series of systematized and normalized specific schemes about massages for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. so that each scholar and each clinician appreciate from experience and study .Result:According to statistics from the massage for CSA documents ,the traditional massage had the largest share, 283 texts, total of 60%, followed by the traction, 154 texts, of the total of 32%, spinal rotation massage, 21 texts, the total of 4%,micro-regulating massage, 6 texts, total literature of 1% and 12 other articles, total of 3%.Conclusion:By listing so many documents about treating CSA systematically , analysis obtained: the traditional massage is the most used in the clinical method, which lying position or sitting position on massages for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is the most effective way, and have the higher-value and significance of the promotion.
