| Objective:The randomized controlled experiment was conducted to explore the clinical efficacy of motion moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)with spleen qi deficiency syndrome, evaluate its safety, and try to describe its mechanism,in order to provide evidence for clinical application and provide a new and effective treatment for patients with CFS with spleen qi deficiency syndrome.Method:Sixty-six patients with CFS with spleen qi deficiency syndrome who met the criteria of this study were randomly divided into the observation group(33 cases)and the control group(33 cases). The main points were Baihui,Guanyuan and bilateral Ganshu,Pishu,Shenshu,Zusanli and Sanyinjiao and the matching points were Zhongwan and bilateral Zhangmen. The control group was treated with pure acupuncture, and the observation group was treated with motion moxibustion combined with acupuncture for a total of 4 courses. The fatigue Symptom scale(FS-14),CFS symptom score scale and TCM syndrome score of spleen qi deficiency syndrome were recorded before and after treatment in both groups, and the three indexes were analyzed and compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result:(1)Both the observation group and the control group could significantly improve the fatigue symptoms and TCM clinical symptoms of CFS patients with spleen qi deficiency syndrome(P<0.01).(2)The efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group in TCM syndrome score, total score of FS-14,physical and mental fatigue score(P<0.01).(3)In the improvement of the total score of CFS symptom scale, the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).And the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in reducing the scores of attention, sleep quality and discomfort duration after fatigue(P<0.05).(4)The total effective rate was 93.75%in the observation group and 76.67%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Motion moxibustion combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the fatigue symptom of patients with CFS with spleen qi deficiency syndrome, relieve their TCM syndromes, and the overall curative effect is better than pure acupuncture.2.Motion moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of CFS with spleen qi deficiency syndrome can effectively improve the mental and physical state of patients and improve their quality of life.3.Motion moxibustion combined with acupuncture is safe and effective, simple to operate with high compliance, and is worthy for clinical application. |
