| Objective:Through the observation of different data of patients before and after treatment records(including age,health,nature of nipple discharge,fiberoptic ductoscopy)to observe the clinical effect of catheter interventional fibroptic ductoscopy combined with Shugan Liangxue Decoction in the treatment of nipple discharge.Methods: The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 29).The treatmentl group was treated with interventional therapy of fibroptic ductoscopy and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine.The controt group was treated with interventional therapy of fibroptic ductoscopy.6 weeks for a course of treatment,the course of treatment of endoscopic catheter intervention for a period of 7 days.Before and after treatment,the symptoms,signs,course of treatment,TCM syndrome classification of quantitative criteria were observed,and the indexes were statistically analyzed after the end of treatment.Results: The overall curative effect comparison: in the treatment group,18 cases were cured,markedly effective in 10 cases,effective in 1 cases,ineffective in 1 cases,.the markedly effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,9 cases were cured,markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 7 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the markedly effective rate was 58.62%,the treatment group and the control group,the markedly difference rate was significant(P < 0.05).Comparison of total symptom score : after treatment,the two groups can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).The nipple discharge volume comparison: two groups after treatment in Patients with nipple discharge were better than those before treatment,the treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05)comparison of breast pain: after treatment of two groups of pain scores were significantly reduced,the treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group(P < 0.05),the course of treatment was significantly better than that of the control group.Before and after treatment,the blood routine,liver and kidney function test of the two groups were detected,and there were no abnormal changes related to drug treatment.Conclusion: The catheter interventional therapy of fibroptic ductoscopy and Shugan Liangxue Decoction on nipple discharge has good clinical curative effect,the overall effect is better than the control group.The treatment group can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs,can significantly improve their quality of life.The treatment group can significantly shorten the course of disease,improve the quality of life.The interventional therapy of fibroptic ductoscopy and Shugan Liangxue decoction is safe and reliable,and it is an ideal treatment. |
