The Clinical Research Of Drug Perfusion Combined Physiotherapy For Benign Breast Disease With Nipple Discharge Diseases

Objective:Analysis of the causes of nipple discharge,To explore the diagnosis and treatment of benign mammary gland disease nipple discharge method,To observe and analyse the effect of Drug Perfusion combined Physiotherapy for Benign Breast Disease with Nipple Discharge Diseases.Methods : Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of Benign Breast Disease with Nipple Discharge patients in the Shouguang Maternal and child service center Between January 2014 and December 2015.113 cases were identified as mammary duct ectasia with inflammation,51 cases were identified as simple mammary duct ectasia.Nipple discharge properties have hemorrhagic discharge,discharge milk samples,watery discharge,serous discharge,purulent discharge.the Drug Perfusion combined Physiotherapy group and the Physiotherapy alone group.There are 86 patients in Drug Perfusion combined Physiotherapy group,which are treated with normal saline and metronidazole and hexadecadrol drug perfusion by fiberoptic ductoscopy combined physiotherapy.The hemorrhagic discharge in 1 case,discharge of 23 cases of breast milk samples,18 cases,watery discharge serous discharge 25 cases,19 cases of purulent discharge.Discharge 55 cases of unilateral,discharge of 31 cases.There are 78 patients in the Physiotherapy alone group,which are treated with physiotherapy only.Hemorrhagic discharge 0 cases,and 22 cases of breast milk samples,watery discharge 19 cases,serous discharge 21 cases,16 cases of purulent discharge.Discharge 49 cases of unilateral,and29 cases.And compare the curative effect of two kinds of treatment.Results : Follow up of all patients until June 2016.The follow-up time is 6 to 12 months.The effective rate in the Drug Perfusion combined Physiotherapy group and Physiotherapy alone group is 96.5% and 56.4%.Efficient drug perfusion combined therapy group is higher than the pure physical therapy group.There is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion : Benign breast disease nipple discharge can be treated by drugs perfusion combined therapy,To benign breast disease with nipple discharge patients,drug perfusion combined physiotherapy is safer and reliabler than physiotherapy Through drug perfusion combined therapy treatment of benign mammary gland disease nipple discharge can decrease the rate of surgery,Through the study,Benign breast disease nipple discharge can be treated by drugs perfusion combined therapy.which can enhance the effective rate and reduce the surgery rate.
