Clinical Efficacy Of Glabrous Sarcandra Dispersible Tablets Combined With Methotrexate And Leflunomide For Thermal Arthralgia Typeof Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objectives: To observe the clinical effects of Glabrous Sarcandra Dispersible Tablets+methorexate and leflunomide for the treatment of pyretic arthralgia RA,declare its function and safety and provide a new thought for RA treatment.Methods: This was a randomized,single-blinded,parallel control clinical trial.60 patients with pyretic arthralgia RA who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled and divided into two groups: experimental group and control group,30 cases for each group.The control group took methotrexate + leflunomide + dexibuprofen,while the experimental group took methotrexate + leflunomide + dexibuprofen + Glabrous Sarcandra Dispersible Tablets.Both groups maintained a continuous dose of medication for three months.Results:(1)Comparison of the clinical effects of two groups after treatment(DAS28 score)showed that two groups of patients after treated before treatment of RA activity score DAS28 is a decline(P<0.05),and the improving of treatment group is more significant than the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of the improvements of symptoms of two groups after treatment showed that there were 6 cases with clinical remission,15 cases with obvious effect and 12 case with effect in the experimental group,with a total effective rate of 85%;there were 3 cases with clinical remission,6 cases with obvious effect and 12 case with effect in the control group,with a total effective rate of 70%.There were no cases who were cured in 3 months.Test suggested no statistical significance(P<0.01).(3)In terms of clinical observational indexes,both the experimental group and the control group achieved obvious effects in the overall reductions and eliminations of symptoms,sings and inflammatory activity indexes after treatment(P<0.05).The experimental group had a better performing than the control group(P<0.05).(4)There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion: Glabrous Sarcandra Dispersible Tablets + methotrexate + leflunomide has a more obvious effect in improving the clinical symptoms and lowering relevant laboratory indexes for patients with pyretic arthralgia RA and causes no obvious toxic and side effects.
