The Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Heat-clearing And Dampness-resolving Method To Pyretic Arthralgia Type Of Adult-onset STILL’s Disease

Purpose:By analyzing the clinical effect of heat-clearing and dampness-resolving and mediate lesser yang method to pyretic arthralgia type of Adult-Onset Still’s Disease,the effect of heat-clearing and dampness-resolving and mediate lesser yang method was evaluated,and the new TCM treatment thought was provided for the treatment of Adult-Onset Still’s Disease.Method:A total of 30 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 15),oral Chinese medicine(TCM)150ml,twice daily;combined with loxoprofen sodium tablets 60mg,Three times a day oral;leflunomide 20mg,once a day orally.With the control group of 15 cases of loxoprofen sodium tablets 60mg,three times a day oral;leflunomide 20mg,once a day orally.Two groups of experimental cycles were 12 weeks,and clinical observation.Before treatment,by calculating the two groups of subjects gender,age,duration and other basic information,no statistically significant,comparable.The TCM syndrome scores and biochemical indexes WBC,ESR,CPR,SF and other changes were analyzed by software analysis before and after treatment.And then to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two experimental programs.Result:1.Comparison of the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine:the treatment group in improving the patients with fever,rash,sore throat,thirst,joint pain,joint swelling,joint and muscle ache and fever etc,better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the WBC,ESR,CPR and SF levels(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 60.00%in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The results showed that by heat-clearing and dampness-resolving and mediate lesser yang method,according to the method to establish formula can significantly improve the patients with fever,rash,sore throat,thirst,joint pain,joint swelling,joint and muscle ache and fever and other symptoms of Chinese medicine symptoms,while clinical efficacy is exact.2.The experimental results showed that the biochemical indexes such as white blood cell count,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and serum ferritin level could be significantly reduced by the formula.
