Clinical Observation Of Fumigating And Washing By Shangke Shujin San On The Recovery Of Distal Radius Fracture In The Elderly

Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of "Shangke Shujin San" on the recovery of the distal radius fracture of the elderly,and to evaluate its safety.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion critiria,a total of 58 elderly patients with distal radius fractures(Colles)were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group of 29 cases.The two groups were used to complete the combination of small plywood external fixation treatment.External fixation splint is released after the fracture clinical healing(about six weeks),line on the affected side of the wrist standard X-ray positive,lateral examination.The Cooney score,PRWE score,NRS score,wrist activity,grip strength were measured,and given two groups of the corresponding group of treatment.After treatment of 2W?4W? 6W? 8W,respectively,the relevant indicators were measured,and comparative analysis.According to the relevant indicators,the excellent rate of treatment in each group was obtained.Through the skin and other follow-up observation after the Chinese medicine fumigation,evaluation of drug safety.Results: Before treatment,the two groups in the number of case?age?sex?trauma?duration ? fixed-time ? radiological measurement results and wrist Overall Scores(cooney scoring),patients with wrist Self Rating(PRWE rates),pain(NRS score)and other indicators were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Cooney score(Including pain,functional status,range of activity,flexion / extension activity,grip strength),wrist NRS pain score,wrist function self-evaluation(wrist joint function)at 2 weeks?4 weeks?6 weeks?8 weeks after treatment PRWE score found:The two groups were treated at the same time point(2W ? 4W ? 6W ? 8W),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The cooney score was 83.62±8.55 in the treatment group and 72.07±8.19 in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.The two groups before treatment and after treatment at different time points for statistical analysis found that: With the increase in the treatment,the measurement indicators were significantly improved.Among the cooney score,comparison of the two groups: F value=33.464,P=0.000<0.05;time comparison: F value=278.230,P=0.000 < 0.05;group interaction with time: F value=3.659,P=0.007 < 0.05.According to the cooney scoring criteria of the wrist,after treatment for 8 weeks,the treatment group were excellent in 9 cases,good in 13 cases,moderate in 6 cases,poor in 1 case,the excellent rate was 75.86%;the treatment group were excellent in 4 cases,good in 9 cases,moderate in 14 cases,poor in 2 cases,the excellent rate was 44.83%.During the treatment,the treatment group of patients without skin rash,itching,blisters,allergies and other adverse reactions.Conclusion: "Shangke Shujin San " fumigation in the recovery of wrist function has a good role in promoting the relief of wrist pain,improve the quality of life of patients with the exact effect."Shangke Shujin San" fumigation can significantly shorten the rehabilitation of the affected side of the wrist,to speed up the rehabilitation process,and no adverse reactions and side effects,with low prices,easy to operate,the feasibility of strong,can be applied in clinical.
