The Curative Effect Of Functional Recovery In Distal Radius Fracture Later Period By Herbal Fumigation.

ObjectiveThis research mainly to observe the function of exercise in the late of the distal radius fractures, when comparing joints under the status of herbal fumigation and Voltaren during the functional exercise to reunite with state of pain threshold and functional recovery of the differences, so as to choose an effective relieve pain caused by the method of functional exercise.MethodsPatients in this study are from orthopedic outpatient and inpatient patients which with distal radial fractures in Integrative Medicine Hospital in Guangdong Province. Choosing60cases that meet with the standard of this topic and Using randomization method grouped into two groups of30cases. Treatment group use Shujin Tang to fumigation and functional exercise at the same time, while the other group using Voltaren. one times a day, treating7days for a course of treatment, total of two courses. At least one course of treatment for effective observation patients. Before treatmen and after treatment, using a normal wrist range of motion measurements, Dienst wrist score sheet to evaluate for efficacy, record the visual simulation of grading (VAS) score at the same time with functional exercise; Comparative analysis of clinical treatment efficiency both before and after.Results1. In terms of wrist joint function improvement, Two groups after treatment are better than before, Treat scores were significantly different (P<0.05), the treatment group and control group after treatment of Dienst wrist score more significant (P<0.05);. 2. The course of treatment, the treatment group compared with control group VAS pain score, there are significant differences (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.3. After treatment, compare the treatment group with control group in VAS pain scores, the treatment group has more advantages in terms of improvement in pain, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion1. Functional exercises post-fracture state in herbal fumigation treated with Voltaren state, both have good clinical efficacy, But in herbal fumigation state functional exercises joint function recovery better than Voltaren group.2. Functional exercises post-fracture state in herbal fumigation treated with Voltaren state, during functional exercise, both can reduce pain, but pain in herbal fumigation group is better than Voltaren group.3. Functional exercises post-fracture state in herbal fumigation treated with Voltaren state, after treatment,both range of motion were significantly improved, but the improvement is particularly evident in herbal fumigation group, particularly reflected in flexion, dorsiflexion and pronation activities.
