| Objective: Clinical investigation and analysis were adopted to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Modified Tianma Gouten Decoction on retinal vein obstruction due to Yinxu Yangkang.Methods: 60 cases of Yinxu Yangkang in patients with retinal vein occlusion,were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in treatment group,oral Modified Tianma Gouten decoction,30 cases of control group,oral Fufang Xueshuantong capsule.Two groups of patients with 30 days for a period of treatment,the treatment of 90 days,namely after three course,observed two groups of patients,vision,fundus retinal hemorrhage,seepage and TCM symptom score changes.Results:(1)Two groups of patients with visual acuity in the comparison of before and after treatment: treatment before more comparable(P>0.05),significant difference after treatment(P<0.05);(2)Two groups of patients with fundus retinal hemorrhage and exudation: in the treatment group of 30 cases,the basic absorption was 5 cases,the majority of the absorption was 13 cases,partial absorption was 8 cases,no change in the case was 4 cases.The control group of 30 cases,the basic absorption was 2 cases,the majority of the absorption was 7 cases,partial absorption was 12 cases,no change in the case was 9 cases.The results of the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05)were significantly different,indicating that the treatment group was higher than the control group;(3)Two groups of patients with TCM symptoms curative effect comparison: treatment group total effective rate(96.67%),the control group total effective rate(66.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Modified Tianma Gouteng decoction can improve the significant of retinal vein occlusion of Yinxu Yangkang type for patients with clinical symptoms,improve eyesight,promote the absorption of retinal blood and exudation,to achieve the purpose of improving the visual function of patients. |
