Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Rectal Mucosa Prolapse Constipation By Automatic Ligation Of Hemorrhoids (RPH) Combined With Qiren Gutuobao Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of RPH operation combined with Qiren Gutuobao Decoction in the treatment of rectal mucosal prolapse syndrome.Methods: According to the established standards,60 Qi deficiency patients with rectal mucosal prolapse were divided into two groups by random number table,The patients in the treatment group were treated with RPH combined with Qiren Gutuobao Decoction,The control group was treated with RPH alone.The main symptoms,related signs,analoscopy and defecography were observed and recorded within 30 days after the observation.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared based on the symptom scores and postoperative recovery,and the recurrence rate.The data obtained in the experiment were analyzed by statistical method,and the data were analyzed by spass19.0 software.Results:(1)The two groups of patients with general information through the statistical software for analysis and comparison,the results show that the two groups of patients are comparable,no significant difference.(2)Both groups can improve the clinical manifestations of rectal mucosal prolapse constipation.In terms of clinical performance score improvement,the treatment group was better than the control group.Follow-up recurrence after 6 months The treatment group was superior to the control group.Two groups of patients for TCM syndrome,compared with before treatment,in improving the TCM syndrome points in the treatment group compared with the control group has obvious advantages.(3)There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the operation and drug treatment.Patients were able to tolerate and complete the test as required.Conclusion: Compared with the control group,the treatment group had obvious advantages in the treatment of rectal mucosa prolapse constipation.It has the advantages of accurate clinical curative effect,safety and reliability,low recurrence rate and so on.It is aimed at the pathogenesis of rectal mucosal prolapse,and has good long-term effect and low recurrence rate.Its operation time is short,fewer complications,it has little influence on the appearance of the anus,rarely lead to anal stenosis,anal incontinence and other serious complications.
