Objective: To compare the clinical effect of selective hemorrhoidectomy(TST)and Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(M-M)rectal mucosal ligation in the treatment of rectal mucosal prolapse with III-IV mixed hemorrhoids with outlet obstructive constipation. Methods: Methods: From August 2019 to December 2019,124 patients with rectal mucosal prolapse with III,IV mixed hemorrhoids were treated by anorectal department of the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. The clinical data of 124 patients with two different surgical treatments were analyzed by retrospective comparative study. Two groups were divided according to the treatment plan: TST group(observation group)and(M-M)rectal mucosal ligation group(control group),62 cases per group,There were 124 cases. The main indicators were: operation time,Bleeding during surgery,Hospital stay andpostoperative recovery time.Complications such as urinary retention,Anal pain,Postoperative bleeding,Blood in your stool,Anal stenosis and clinical efficiency.Analyze and compare the above indexes.Postoperative return visit1-6 months. Results: In both groups,Bleeding during surgery,Hospital hours,Postoperative recovery time and postoperative complications such as urinary retention,Anal pain,Postoperative bleeding,Blood in your stool,Anal stenosis and other aspects have significant statistical differences(P<0.05).Clinical effective rate(P>0.05)was not significantly different. Conclusion: Compared with(M-M)rectal mucosal ligation,Average time TST surgery is shorter,Perioperative and postoperative complications are also less,Compared to two different treatments,TST treatment works better,It is a reasonableoperation method for the treatment of rectal mucosal prolapse with III,IV mixed hemorrhoids with outlet obstructive constipation.
