| Objective:By observing Qi-supplementing Kidney-tonifying Recipe combined western medicine foundation treatment of myasthenia gravis,Prelimina-ry evaluate its role in enhancing curative effect,improving the quality of life and reducing side effects of glucocorticoid hormone.Methods:Observation was conducted for outpatient and ward patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to January 2016.Upon meeting the inclusion criteria,by treatment order,the 60 patients with myasthenia gravis(?-type,?a,-type,?b-type)were randomly divided into two groups-the treatment group with 30 patients and the control group with the other 30 patients.Treatment group used the Recipe,combined with basic western medicines(prednisone and bromine pyridostigmine);control group used basic western medicines(prednisone and bromine pyridostigmine);both treatment periods were 4 weeks.In terms of clinical efficacy,before and after treatments,two groups of patients were measured by using the Myasthenia Gravis Score(QMG Standard Evaluation,the Scale for Busch Improved Quality of Life,and the Efficacy Assessment Form for TCM Syndrome.Meanwhile,observation was conducted to see if there would be adverse drug reactions,for safety evaluation.Respectively on two groups of patients with MG quantita-tive table score according to glucocorticoid adverse reactions,Comparing the difference between the two groups of patients in hormone adverse reactions.Results:(1)Rating 4 weeks after treatment,Two groups of patients with myasthenia gravis absolute score(QMG score)all fell,Before and after treatment group compared with paired t test,Comparison between groups using independent sample t test,p<0.05 was statistically significant t = 8.601,p = 0.000,the control group before and after treatment were compared,t = 7.552,p = 0.000,Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment t =-3.507,p = 0.001.Improve-ments in treatment group in myasthenia gravis QMG score is more than the control group.(2)Rating 4 weeks after treatment,Two groups of efficient comparing with two independent samples data of rank sum test,Z =-2.094,P = 0.036,the total effective rate of treatment group is higher than that of the control group.(3)4 weeks after treatment,two groups before and after treat-ment of TCM syndrome scoring were declined,Before and after treat-ment group compared with paired t test,Comparison between groups using independent sample t test,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Treatment group patients group comparison before and after treatment t = 12.35,p = 0.000,control group patients group comparison before and after treatment,t = 10.501,p = 0.000,Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment t =-3.478,p = 0.001;TCM symptoms improve treatment group was superior to control group.(4)4 weeks after treatment on two groups of patients with overall curative effect evaluation of TCM syndrome by two independent samples of rank sum test.Z =-3.124,P = 0.002.TCM symptoms improve the total effective rate in treatment group is better than the control group.(5)4 weeks after treatment,the two groups before and after treatment Busch' s quality of life scale scores were decreased,and the repeated measurement design analysis of variance,the treatment group before and after treatment were compared t =33.72p=0.000,the control group before and after treatment were compared,t =21.82,p=0.000,Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment,t =-3.64 p =0.001.In the aspect of quality of life improved in treatment group is better than the control group.(6)4 weeks after treatment score two groups of patients with hormone adverse reaction score evaluation,treatment group,differ-ence accord with normal distribution,the paired t test,t = 2.449,P = 0.018,the side effects of hormone in treatment group is lower than the control group.Conclusion:This study clinical test results show that:When western medicine treatment of MG based drugs combined use of Qi-supplementing Kidney-tonifying Recipe,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms in patients with MG,can significantly improve the life quality of patients with MG,can significantly reduce the side effects brought by taking glucocorticoid treatment.Provides a favorable evidence for the new drug promotion and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of myasthenia gravis,Show that yiqi kidney is a feasible,safe and effective treatmen. |
