Research On Medical Appointments Project Management

To solve the problem of "difficult to see a doctor" in China at present,many large comprehensive hospitals have introduced the service of making an appointment for treatment.The establishment of this mechanism of this service can realize the maximum of reasonable utilization of medical resources,reduce the waiting time of patients,and avoid medical resources waste.In terms of the present medical appointment services carried out in our country,there are a lot of problems to be solved timely.If the informationized project and the actual situation of hospital appointments are not really integrated,if it was just a superficial information project,then,the implement design is not practical for the feasibility of the project.Without accurate details of the project management system,project plans will result the project schedule management out of control;thus,the desired actual effect,etc.of reservation project management will never be achieved.For the above problem,this thesis did a thorough research on the medical appointment project.First of all,the current medical service booking situation and project management situation are investigated,the actual situation of domestic and foreign medical appointments project are summarized,formulating the research contents of this topic.And according to the requirement of the subject,the theory of project management and reservation services related theory are intensively researched;Secondly,through the analysis of the status quo of Y hospital medical appointments project,this thesis summed up the existing problems in current medical institutions during registration period,number taking period,payment period and the medical inspection period.According to the above problems,medical appointment service and project management theory are integrated.Through the informationization and the arrangement of the routine,the medical booking services are rationalized.Through reasonable schedule control,quality control and cost control,the project construction can be realized smoothly just as the expectation.Thus,the practical application ability of medical appointment can be exerted perfectly.Finally,the medical appointment projects are applied to the actual medical institutions,and the relevant guarantees required in the application stage are discussed.The research of the medical appointments project in top hospitals,not only can solve the problem of "difficult to register" currently existing in medical institutions;from the angle of project management,but also it meets all the requirements of the medical institution informatization construction.And,because the project belongs to the services jointly launched by government and medical institutions,so,the vigor of the project promotion in the future will be very intensive.Through the implementation of the project,the project management theory and the information construction process are integrated,establishing a kind of brand-new informationized project management plan.This scheme can provide a comprehensive theoretical reference,process reference and management mode reference for the similar projects.Therefore,this research in my article has great theoretical significance and practical value.
