Adolescents aged between10-24years old take about26%of the total population in China. This is a critical period for their development in both mental and physical aspects. Adolescents are considered as the future of the nation. With the development of the society, their attitudes toward sexuality and sexual behavior have changed significantly. As a result, sexual behavior before marriage has increased, lack of proper education in HIV/AIDS and reproductive health leading to an increase of infection rate in HIV/AIDS. It draws lots of attention worldwide and adolescent’s sexual and reproductive health education has been listed into long-term plan on national control of HIV/AIDS.This essay detailed described the ongoing project, management of the organization, project plan and its implementation, and the application in practice with international adolescents HIV/AIDS control and prevention project as background.
