ObjectFirst of all,this study investigated the characteristics and status of achievement motivation and professional identity of higher vocational nursing freshmen through questionnaire survey,and compared the demographic characteristics of higher vocational nursing freshmen,The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of gender,origin,and singleton on achievement motivation and professional identity,and to analyze the relationship between achievement motivation and professional identity.According to higher vocational nursing freshmen achievement motivation and professional identity level,improve the comprehensive construction of higher vocational nursing freshmen group achievement motivation and professional identity intervention by Delphy expert consultation,and carries on the empirical research results,as a basis for the future to strengthen the education of nursing freshmen specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges to provide reference.MethodThe purpose of this study is to understand the status quo of nursing freshmen in higher vocational professional identity and achievement motivation and build a comprehensive community intervention to improve the higher vocational nursing freshmen achievement motivation and professional identity,adopting the research method of the study of psychology measurement method,commonly used method of questionnaire,quantitative research.Literature Wanfang database,Chinese HowNet in recent years,collecting and sorting on vocational nursing students' achievement motivation and professional identity information,construct the comprehensive group intervention measures using Delphy expert consultation method and empirical comprehensive group intervention measures to improve the important role of higher vocational nursing students achievement motivation and professional identity.The research contents are divided into three parts.First,Using the school level 2016 vocational nursing freshmen 240,the students"achievement motivation scale" and "nursing students' professional identity questionnaire"investigation and analysis by SPSS20.0 software,analysis of higher vocational nursing freshmen achievement motivation and professional identity status quo level,provide theoretical basis for further research.The second,through the study of improve students' achievement motivation and professional identity,the application of Delphy invited expert consultation,clinical nursing and nursing education experts to study the problem of three rounds of experts consultation,collect the opinions of experts,statistical analysis was performed by SPSS20.0 software,according to the analysis results obtained higher vocational nursing students achievement motivation and professional identity,comprehensive group intervention theme and content weight.The third,on the basis of previous studies,two matched classes were selected as the intervention group and the control group,while the control group received routine education,the intervention group received routine education and the comprehensive group intervention;The scale of the two groups was investigated before and after intervention,double entry,SPSS20.0 software for sample test,the intervention effect of comprehensive group intervention on achievement motivation and professional identity of higher vocational nursing freshmen was investigated according to the test results.Result 1.Achievement motivation and professional identity of Higher Vocational Nursing Freshmen:The Institute of higher vocational nursing freshmen synthesis motivation score average of 0.83 + 8.85,to achievement motivation and avoiding failure motivation and synthesis motivation have significant differences in gender(t=-2.36,P<0.05;t=2.44,P<0.05;t=-3.42,P<0.05);There were significant differences in achievement motivation and synthesis motivation in the students' origin(t=-2.82,P<0.05,t=-2.00,P<0.05);The average scores of professional recognition of nursing freshmen were 75.14 + 23.40,the two dimensions of professional identity and professional emotion professional cognition has significant difference in location(t=-2.26,P<0.05;t=-3.87,P<0.05);professional cognition,professional emotion,professional will,professional values,professional skills,professional expectation,professional identity scores in whether relatives have significant differences in hospital work(t=-5.53 P<0.05;t=-6.06,P<0.05;t=-2.01,P<0.05;t=-3.28,P<0.05,t=-2.77,P<0.05;t=-2.60,P<0.05;t=-4.11,P<0.05)?2.Relationship between achievement motivation and professional identity of nursing freshmen in Higher Vocational Colleges:Higher vocational nursing freshmen tended to be positively related to success motivation and synthesis motivation and professional identity.(P<0.05)the correlation between avoiding failure and professional identity was not significant;More success motivation on professional identity of each dimension and the total score has positive prediction,prediction success motivation of professional cognition tends to the value 67%of professional emotion,professional will,professional values,professional skills,professional expectations and professional identity score prediction values were:44%,42%,54%,60%.43%,57%.3.After 21 rounds of consultation by nursing experts,eight subjects and 20 classroom contents were finalized.the coefficient of variation of occupation cognitive education is 0.04,my eyes Baiyitianshi the coefficient of variation is 0.04,life is full of hope,the coefficient of variation of anterior by me and is 0,the coefficient of variation of self recognition was 0.04,the coefficient of variation of flying dream occupation image design is 0.04,the coefficient of variation for the airlines sail up 0.07,ten years later,our coefficient of variation was 0.07,the coefficient of variation was 0.10 for simulation of the workplace,the theme of all entries and coefficient of variation of average value is 0.08.The content of the class was consulted by experts,and the final coefficient of variation ranged from 0.04-0.11.4.Effect of comprehensive group intervention on Higher Vocational Nursing Freshmen:Comprehensive community intervention shows higher vocational nursing freshmen achievement motivation scores between the groups,the two groups tend to avoid success motivation,there is a significant difference between the failure motivation and synthesis motivation scores(t=-6.88,P<0.05;t=4.12,P<0.05;r=-7.23,P<0.05);After the intervention,the intervention group of professional cognition,professional will,professional values,professional expectations and scores were significantly higher than the control group(t=2.64,P<0.05;t=2.79,P<0.05;t=2.70,P<0.05;t=4.46,P<0.05;t=2.55,P<0.05);ConclusionThe results of the scale test showed that the achievement motivation of the freshmen was at the middle level of the scale,and the total score of the professional identity was below the average level,Using the Delphi expert consultation method,8 subjects and 20 classroom contents of comprehensive group intervention were screened and identified,The empirical test,found that higher vocational nursing freshmen achievement motivation and professional identity level,comprehensive group intervention can effectively improve the higher vocational nursing freshmen's professional identity level,increase to success motivation level,reduce the higher vocational nursing freshmen to avoid failure motivation level.
