Clinical Observation On Lung Clearing And Fu-unblocking Therapy For Heat Type Bronchial Asthma During Attack

Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy of lung clearing and fu-unblocking therapy for heat type bronchial asthma during attack,discuss the mechanism of action of lung clearing and fu-unblocking therapy for the treatment of heat type bronchial asthma,and provide reference for the clinical application of this therapy for bronchial asthma.Methods:In accordance with the random number table,60 patients with heat type bronchial asthma during attack were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group,30 cases for each group.The control group inhaled budesonide(0.2mg/time,tid,2 weeks);the experimental group inhaled budesonide(0.2mg/time,tid,2 weeks)and took Dingchuan decoction + Rhubarb(one dose a day,taking in morning and afternoon while warm respectively,200ml,2 weeks).These two groups were compared in terms of overall curative effect,curative effect of symptom,ACT scale score,lung function,and immunoglobulin E(IgE).Results:The research showed that the clinical control rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were 20.00%and 93.33%respectively,while those of the control group were 6.67%and 73.33%respectively,showing statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the syndrome score and ACT score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,showing statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of lung function,the FEV1%,FEV1/FVC and PEF of both groups were significantly improved,suggesting that both the combination of Chinese and western medicines and the single use of western medicine could improve lung function;however,the experiment group did not achieve significant improvement compared with the control group after treatment,showing no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The serum IgE after treatment experienced a more remarkable decline in the experiment group compared with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Lung clearing and fu-unblocking therapy combined with budesonide achieves a good curative effect for patients with heat type bronchial asthma during attack,and its improvements in such symptoms as cough,cough phlegm,chest distress,asthma and wheezing rale are much better than budesonide alone.The ACT score of the experimental group is significantly improved compared with the control group,suggesting that the application of lung clearing and fu-unblocking therapy can improve patients' quality of life at ordinary times;the IgE level of the experimental group is obviously decreased compared with the control group,indicating that the use of lung clearing and fu-unblocking therapy can effectively control airway hyper-responsiveness(BHR)and inflammatory reaction.
