Clinical Study On Treatment Of Amblyopia With Levodopa Acupoint Direct Current

Objective:To observe glasses with eye-covering and routine treatment with levodopa acupoint iontophoresis in the treatment of amblyopia clinical curative effect,Observe the difference in efficacy between different treatment methods.Analysis on the curative effect of multiple factors from the type of amblyopia,character and degree etc.To evaluate the therapeutic effect of levodopa in the treatment of amblyopia,To explore the clinical value of combination of Chinese and western medicine in treating amblyopia..Methods:A total of 200 cases(320 amblyopia)treated in the ophthalmological clinic of our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as observation objects,For diagnosis amblyopia patients,optometry and therapeutic glasses and insist on wearing glasses,According to the daily situation to be covered,optical suppression,amblyopia training and other conventional treatment,the amblyopia children were randomly assigned into three groups.? The drug import group:direct current levodopa drug ion eye acupoint introduction method;? The acupuncture group:acupuncture therapy;? The control group:western medicine routine therapy(optometry and therapeutic glasses,occlusion therapy,the optical method of repression,amblyopia training instrument pleoptics etc.),and to observe the therapeutic effect of the three groups.Results:After 1 month of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the three groups of patients(F=0.360,P>0.05);After 6 months of treatment,the difference between groups is significant(F=5.909,P<0.05);Both the drug import group and the acupuncture group and the conventional treatment group had improved vision after 1 month(P<0.05);The visual acuity of 6 months in the medicine import group and the acupuncture treatment group was higher than that in the 1 months after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the visual acuity of the conventional treatment group was not obviously improved at 6 months and 1 months(P>0.05),Each group was treated for 6 months,The difference between foveal thickness of macular center(MFT)and the thickness of the nerve fiber layer around the optic disc(RNFL)was not statistically significant;The curative effect of drug importing group was significantly higher than that in acupuncture group(x2=13.59,P<0.05)and routine treatment group(x2=18.819,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The difference between the acupuncture group and the routine treatment group is not statistically(x2=0.383,P=0.536,P>0.05);The efficacy of amblyopia was not associated with gender,It is related to many factors,such as the type of amblyopia,the degree of amblyopia and the fixation of amblyopia.Conclusion:Glasses with eye-covering and Western medicine routine treatment plus direct current levodopa drug iontophoresis method for amblyopia is effective,Traditional Chinese medicine,traditional western medicine and modern science and technology can be combined to serve clinical practice,and play their respective therapeutic advantages,preliminary can achieve ideal curative effect,It is worthy of clinical application.
