The Clinical Research On Treating Children MPP By Combination Of Chinese Herbal Medicine And Western Medicine And The Significance Of Monitoring The Levels Of IL-2 And SIL-2R

Objectives: To explore the important immune mechanism of IL-2 and IL-2R in infant MPP and meanwhile investigate the efficacy of Chinese herbal (?)edicine in treating infant MPP; To observe the scientific of Chinese herbal (?)edicine used in the treatment of MPP.Methods: According to the , forty children suffering from (?)PP were randomly divided into control group (n=20)and treatment group(n=20). (?)oth treatment group and control group were handled with same Western (?)edicines. On the foundation treatment group added some other Chinese erbal medicines decoction, observe the variety of symptoms in two groups nd the different contain of IL-2,sIL-2R in these children before and after uring.Results: (1) The treatment group was superior to control group in ecovery rate and controlling MPP symptoms, and the duration of treatment group as shorter than control group. (2) The treatment group was superior to ontrol group in bad-reaction.
