Purpose:Through the observation of the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with conventional amblyopia treatment, the difference and safety of the efficacy and safety of the conventional amblyopia treatment alone are compared.Provide more comprehensive clinical medical evidence for the coordinated optimization of Chinese and Western medicine treatment.Material and method:Prospective randomized controlled clinical study.60 children with anisometropic amblyopia(including both ends)who were in the Ophthalmology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to February 2021 were screened and divided into experimental groups by random number table method 30 cases in each control group. The control group used conventional post-correction concealment, supplemented by an intermediate frequency augmentation instrument;the test group was combined with acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group(proximal points: Sibai,Taiyang,Cuanzhu,Yintang,Sizhukong, etc. The distal end)Point selection: Hegu,Neiguan,Zusanli).Once a day,the needle was retained for30 minutes, and the main technique was to replenish and relieve the pressure. The course of treatment is 1 week, and the visual acuity, optometry and stereo vision function are reviewed every week. There are 4 courses of treatment in total. After treatment, the efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared, and the indicators before and after the treatment and the clinical efficacy were evaluated.Results:1.There is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of age and gender(P>0.05).2.After the course of treatment, the treatment group recovered 2 eyes, improved 24 eyes, and failed 4 eyes, with a total effective rate of 86.67%;in the control group,19 eyes were basically improved,11 eyes were ineffective, and no cured eyes, with a total effective rate of63.33%.The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group, and there are obvious differences after statistical analysis(P<0.05).3.Corrected visual acuity: The average visual acuity before treatment of 30 cases(30 eyes)of amblyopic children in the test group was(0.342±0.138),and the average visual acuity after treatment was(0.630±0.164).Paired t-test was used,P=0.00,the difference was significant Statistical significance(P<0.05),the average visual acuity of the control group was(0.352±0.141),and the average visual acuity after treatment was(0.573±0.158).the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.4.Comparison of the positive rate of stereo vision function in the group after treatment, the test group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 The visual acuity and stereo vision function of the experimental group and the control group improved to a certain extent after treatment;2.Acupuncture combined therapy can effectively improve the corrected vision of children with anisometropic amblyopia, and improve the accommodative function of amblyopic patients.3.Acupuncture treatment is more effective in restoring the stereoscopic function of children with anisometropic amblyopia.
