Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture And Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Therapy On Children With ADHD

Objective:The aim of this clinical study is to discuss the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medicine combination therapy for children with ADHD,and to compare it with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,to collate and analyze the results of observation with statistical methods,and to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medicine combination in the treatment of children with ADHD,and provide some treatment for this disease effective method.Methods:From March to December in 2017,90 children who met the inclusion criteria in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shanxi Children's Hospital were collected.There were 30 cases of acupuncture combined with medicine,30 cases of traditional Chinese medicine group and 30 cases of western medicine group.The diagnostic criteria of western medicine refer to the latest diagnostic criteria of ADHD in the fifth edition of the Manual of Disorders and Statistics of Mental Disorders (D-SMV)of the United States,and the standard of traditional Chinese medicine is referred to the national level of ordinary higher education key teaching material"Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine"(Chinese Medicine Press)of the relevant diagnostic criteria.All cases that met the inclusion criteria were observed and treated according to the requirements of the research design.The cases were randomly divided into acupuncture and medicine group,and the control group Chinese medicine group,western medicine group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with medicine,and the main acupuncture points were used.Bai Hui,Dazhui,Shen Zhu,ZhiYang,Ji Zhong,Zhu points with the method of"Ping Bu Ping Xie",leaving the needle for 30 minutes,once a day,10 days for a course of treatment,and rested for 2 days after one course of treatment.A total of three courses of treatment,TCM syndrome differentiation for the liver wind disturbance,the traditional Chinese medicine to calm the liver wind,calm the heart and calm the spirit of the product.The Traditional Chinese group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,while the western medicine group was treated with methylphenidate tablets.10 days for a course of treatment,three courses of oral treatment,the efficacy of the"Conner Child Behavior Checklist"of the international general evaluation of hyperactivity index score,referring to the"National Institute of Traditional Chinese MedicineAttention-deficit Disorder research."the TCM Syndromes Integral Scale of the Cooperative Group Rating Scale.Result:The results of clinical curative effect comparison and curative effect evaluation were a s follows.(1)Comparison of hyperactivity index scoresAfter a course of treatment,the combination of acupuncture and medicine group and western medicine control group,p>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,th e combination of acupuncture and medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine contro l group,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;after two courses of treatment,the combination of acupuncture and medicine group and Chinese medicine control group,western medicine control group,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;after t hree courses of treatment,the acupuncture and medicine combination group compared with the traditional Chinese medicine control group and the western medicine control group,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)Comparison of TCM Syndrome Score of ADHDAfter a course of treatment,the combination of acupuncture and medicine and traditio nal Chinese medicine control group,p>0.05,the difference was not statistically significan t,the combination of acupuncture and medicine group and western medicine control group,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant:after two courses of treatment,the co mbination of acupuncture and medicine was compared with the control group of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significa nt:after three courses of treatment,the combination of acupuncture and medicine was com pared with the control group of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(3)Evaluation of Curative Effect on Children with ADHDThetotal effective rate was 90%;Thetotal effective rate was 86.67%;The total effect ive rate was 80%.After the chi-square test:X~2=6.20,P<0.05 children with ADHD sy mptoms were statistically significant difference.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of ADHD is better than that of the control group and the western medicine control group.After one course of treatment,the hyperactivity index of western medicine control gro up was better than that of acupuncture and medicine combination group,and after 2 and 3courses of treatment,the improvement of the hyperactivity index of the acupuncture and m edicine group is better than that of the western medicine control group.After one course of treatment,the TCM syndrome of the control group was better than that of the combination of acupuncture and medicine,and after 2 or 3 courses of treatment,the improvement of TCM syndrome in the acupuncture and medicine combination group i s better than that of the western medicine control group.The combination of acupuncture and medicine treatment of children with ADHD clini cal curative effect is significant,it is worth to promote the application.
