Observation The Effect Of Auricular Point Sticking Relieve Anxiety And Depression In Patients With Recurrent Abortion

Objective This study is a randomized controlled research,which observe the effect and safty of Vaccaria seed intervention on patients those anxiety and depression with recurrent abortion.Methods The 60 patients with recurrent abortion that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the observation group and 30 in the control group.The patients in observation group adopted auricular acupoint sticking on the basis of routine nursing.The patients in observation group adopted routine nursing.The effects of anxiety and depression on the immune function of two groups patients were observed.All data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 softwareResults 60 patients were included in this study,30 patients in observation group and 30 patients in control group.During the follow-up,one case of the observation group was lost from pregnancy and one patient was dislodged from the patient.In control group,one case was lost due to pregnancy,and 29 cases were adopted finally.57 cases were enrolled.Before intervention,to the age of the observation group and control group,the number of abortions,culture degree and the fixed number of year of the marriage,self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS),depression self rating scale(SDS),the degree of anxiety,depression,CD4 +/CD8 + and NK cells percentage were comparied,by statistical analysis,P>0.05.There was no statistically significant difference.After intervention,two groups patients with anxiety depression and improve immune function were compared.By the statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference is significant.It was hint that in effect of intervention,observation group is better than the control group.The effect of auricular acupoint sticking in anxiety and depression is no difference.Conclusion On the basis of conventional nursing by application of vaccaria seed auricular point sticking combine traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing mode is superior to the conventional nursing care.It would be more effective to alleviate mood of anxiety and depression in patients with recurrent abortion,with less adverse reaction,highly satisfaction,which is worth to be spread widely...
