Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Constipation Treated With Ear Acupuncture Point Sticking The Seed Of Vaccaria After Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion

Objective:To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of ear acupuncture point sticking the seed of vaccaria for constipation after posterior lumbar interbody fusion and search a simple, convenient and effective clinical treatment method for it.Methods:Collected60patients who hospital treatment of Fujian provincial hospital bone section.60patients were divided into the treatment group (ear acupuncture point sticking the seed of vaccaria and usual care)and control group (blank applicator without beans and usual care),each group has30patients.Make a constipation symptom assessment before operation.ear acupuncture point sticking the seed of vaccaria in small and large intestine, stomach, spleen, sympathetic and triple energizer acupuncture points1day before operation with routine intraoperative posterior lumbar interbody fusion. Treatment group:vaccaria seeds attached to the ear corresponding points and self massage5times daily with each time each acupoint pressing60s. Control group:blank applicator without beans attached to the ear corresponding points and self massage5times daily with each time each acupoint pressing60s.Observe and record the first time of patients with anal exhaust and defecation,and the symptoms of constipation of integral evaluation of3postoperative time points of2days,4days and6days.The date were analysised by SPSS16.0.Results:1. Comparison of postoperative first flatus time and first defecation time p<0.05,significant differences.Group A first flatus time and first defecation time are earlier than group B,ear acupuncture point sticking the seed of vaccaria can ahead of first flatus time and first defecation time after posterior lumbar interbody fusion.2. Comparison of postoperative the second day constipation symptoms standings p>0.05,no significant difference.But comparison postoperative the second day constipation symptoms standings with before surgery constipation symptoms standing p<0.05,significant difference,as a result of a variety of factors influence postoperative the second day constipation symptoms standings, postoperative the second day constipation symptoms standings is more serious,between the two groups postoperative the second day constipation symptoms standings has no significant difference.3. After surgery the2th-4th day constipation symptoms standings has fall, during this time group A constipation symptoms standings is drop more than group B;Comparison postoperative the4th day constipation symptoms standings with before surgery constipation symptoms standings p<0.05,significant difference;Comparison postoperative the6th day constipation symptoms standings with before surgery constipation symptoms standings p<0.05,significant difference.The above tips prompt group A constipation symptoms standings is better than group B.4. Before surgery group B constipation symptoms standings comparison with after surgery the4th,6th day constipation symptoms standings p>0.05,no significant difference;In group B after surgery the4th constipation symptoms standings compare with6th day p>0.05,no significant difference;The above tips prompt group B after surgery the4th day constipation symptoms standings compare with6th day which has no changed.5. Before surgery group A constipation symptoms standings comparison with after surgery the2th,4th,6th days constipation symptoms standings p<0.05,significant difference.Group A constipation symptoms standings has fall down when after surgery the2th and4th,and before surgery group A constipation symptoms standings comparison with after surgery the4th days has fall.Before surgery group A constipation symptoms standings comparison with after surgery the6th days has significantly decreased.Conclusion:Auricular buried beans can effectively improve bowel function after posterior lumbar interbody fusion.
