The Effect Of Acupuncture In The Psychological And Endormetrial Peristalsis Wave Of Infertility

Psychological stress and Endometrial tolerance are important factors in the process and outcome of IVF-ET.This study was to take effective measures to reduce psychological stress and the endometrial peristalsis wave,and provides some theoretical basis for the application of acupuncture in IVF.This paper was divided into two parts,the first part is the psychological influence factor and the psychological stress of the patient prior to embryo transplantation and the effect of psychological stress on the outcome of pregnancy.The second part of the study was the effect of acupuncture on psychological stress and endometrial peristalsis wave in "plan window period " of infertility.1 Psychological factors and stress affect the outcome of pregnancy before IVF-ET [objective]To explore psychological stress-related factors before in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation patients,in order to reduce the adversely stress in the process of assisted reproduction,and make the process of IVF-ET smoothly;Making a comparison between pregnancy and un-pregnancy group among psychological stress,biological indicators(blood pressure,pulse,hormone levels,etc.),which may help to explore the psychological-stress related pregnancy outcome and the underlying mechanisms;[methods](1)Summarized the common effects in clinical work to psychological stress in the IVF - ET patients,to check patients' general condition,stress hormone cortisol and uterine contraction factor oxytocin levels,and analysis the correlation of the above factors and psychological pressure;(2)Collecting frozen-thawed embryo transfer patients 143 cases,and make a correlation analysis on the day of embryo transfer,which is about psychological pressure and pregnancy outcomes;Making a comparison between pregnancy group(n = 82)and un-pregnancy(n = 61)on psychological pressure,cortisol and oxytocin.[Results](1)The living condition and cultural degree are the main factors that influence the psychological stress,which is related to negative correlation(P<0.05).Stress hormone cortisol,uterine contractions factor in the expression level of uterine and psychological stress are positively correlated(P< 0.001);(2)Psychological stress,cortisol and oxytocin were lower in pregnancy group than un-pregnancy,and there are significant difference(P< 0.01).(3)Psychological stress,uterus contractions factor oxytocin,and stress hormone cortisol were negatively correlated with pregnancy outcomes(P < 0.05).[conclusion] If we can take effective measures to eliminate the negative factors at the beginning of IVF-ET,which may have a positive effect to the IVF-ET process,and increase the clinical pregnancy rate.2 The effect of acupuncture on psychological stress and endometrial peristalsis wave in "plan window period " of infertility [objective] To explore the effect of acupuncture treatment in infertility patients with planting window period on psychological pressure,cortisol,oxytocin and endometrial peristalsis wave,to providing a certain theoretical basis for the widely use of acupuncture treatment in assisted reproductive technology.[methods](1)Making a checking on infertility patients with window period,which is about psychological pressure measure,Elisa to check the plasma stress hormone cortisol and uterine contractions stimulating factor oxytocin,ultrasonic monitoring endometrial peristalsis wave frequency,and tracking psychological pressure,physiological hormone levels and the correlation of endometrial peristalsis wave in infertility patients,who are in window planting period.(2)During the plan window period,85 cases of patients according to their stress were divided into acupuncture group(n = 44)and un-acupuncture group(n = 41),and the acupuncture group were over 40 in stress,before and after acupuncture treatment and acupuncture treatment of three menstrual cycles with the un-acupuncture group of patients,making a comparisons among physiological stress,the levels of hormone and endometrial peristalsis wave.[results](1)Endometrial peristalsis wave frequency and psychological stress,the stress hormone cortisol,uterine contractions stimulating factor oxytocin,uterine contraction factor hav closely relative,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)(2)After acupuncture treatment of three menstrual cycles,two groups of patients with planting window period the frequency of endometrial peristalsis,psychological stress,oxytocin and cortisol levels significantly lower in the acupuncture treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)There was a statistical significance(P < 0.05)for the psychological pressure,the frequency of the contractions,and the levels of indention of the contractions.[conclusion]Acupuncture therapy can effectively reduce the infertility patients' psychological pressure and the frequency of endometrial peristalsis,which may have a correlations on the reducing of the uterine contraction factor oxytocin,and finally increase the receptivity of endometrial.
