Objectives The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of the continuous nursing intervention model on patients with Coronary Heart Disease(CHD)after percutaneous Coronary intervention(PCI).To understand the role of information continuation nursing intervention in improving the compliance of medication compliance and improving the level of knowledge in patients with PCI.Methods Selection in October 2016 to February 2017 in Beijing a third rate hospital heart medicine ward line PCI treatment,82 cases of coronary heart disease patients as the research object, according to the hospital in order to sort,an odd number into the control group, even into the intervention group, each group of 41 cases of control group according to the current hospital routine nursing mode, including preoperative guidance PCI postoperative recovery related guidelines dietary choice psychological nursing intervention group is based on the routine nursing care in hospital and use into informationization means(We Chat,yi qi xiu, questionnaire star)is a continuation of the nursing intervention mode informatization technology refers to the use of social information software,to ensure that patients after discharge can still receive professional guidance and timely, effective supervision Timely warning,so as to achieve the aim of continuing care, improve the ability of patients with medication adherence This study based on patients admitted to hospital interventions to the three stages of design and implementation of intervention before discharge in patients discharged hospital for 3 months and 6 months, with medication adherence scale and coronary heart disease related knowledge questionnaire on two groups of patients is evaluated, evaluation information continue nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)PCI postoperative effect research data use SPSS20.0 statistics software to carry on the analysis, measurement data with mean standard deviation(`x±S);Data comparison between the two groups by using two independent samples t test, the data before and after the intervention for paired samples t test, expressed in frequency count data, using x2 test, the intervention on the patients changes over time with repeated measures analysis of variance,with(P<0.05),said the difference was statistically significantResults In the study, three patients(one in the control group and 2 in the intervention group)were excluded, and the data of 40 patients with control group and 39 cases of intervention group were finally analyzed. Two groups of patients medication compliance score comparison: before discharge, two groups of patients medication compliance score comparison, the results show that two groups of patients with balanced comparable, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);3 months after discharge, the medication compliance was compared between the two groups, and the results showed that the drug compliance score was significantly higher in the intervention group than in the NC group, and there was statistically significant difference between the two group(P<0.05).6 months after discharge, the medication compliance was compared between the two groups, and the results showed that the drug compliance score was still higher in the intervention group than in the NC group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Repeated measurement of variance analysis showed: before discharge, discharge hospital for 3 months and 6 months compares the data of three time points, excluding time factors, between the two groups of patients with medication adherence score differences statistically significant(P<0.05).If the intervention factors were excluded, the drug compliance scores of the two groups at different time points were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistical significance between the intervention effect and the time effect(P<0.05).Two groups of patients with coronary heart disease related knowledge score comparison: before discharge, compared two groups of patients with coronary heart disease related knowledge score, the result shows: the two groups of patients with balanced comparable, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);Hospital for 3 months, compared two groups of patients with coronary heart disease related knowledge points, the results showed that intervention group patients with coronary heart disease related knowledge dimension scores and coronary heart disease related knowledge total score than the control group were significant increased, there was statistically significant difference between the two group(P<0.05);Hospital for six months, compared two groups of patients with coronary heart disease related knowledge points, the result shows: the intervention group patients with coronary heart disease related knowledge of each dimension scores and total scores of coronary heart disease related knowledge is still higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).repeated measurement variance analysis results showed that the hospital for 3 months and 6 months before the discharge data to compare the three time points, excluding time factor, two groups of patients with coronary heart disease related knowledge of each dimension scores and coronary heart disease related knowledge score differences statistically significant(P<0.05).if eliminate interference factors, different time points drugs in patients with coronary heart disease related knowledge of each dimension score and total scores of coronary heart disease related knowledge with statistical significance(P<0.05);There was a statistical significance between the intervention effect and the time effect(P<0.05).Conclusions Into informationization means the continuation of care will help improve the coronary heart disease patients with PCI postoperative medication adherence and coronary heart disease related knowledge level,is a safe and effective means ointervention and suitable for clinical use...
